Exceptional customer service! I've been having awful times with blisters. Found out I've been wearing too big of a shoe. I got a pair of Brooks! They look so awesome on me and feel even better! I really enjoyed my trip to the store and feel like they really care about my feet health! I will only get my shoes from here now on.

Highly recommend! Mandy helped me find the perfect pair of On Clouds and they feel amazing on! Customer service is top notch!

Great place! I was looking for a certain shoe for a specific problem and the lady that helped me was wonderful! Helpful and knowledgeable not pushy . Simple and easy. I was dreading the purchase considering the situation but the lady made it super easy. The shoes are a bit pricy but they are not just any shoe like you can buy at kohl's or shoe sensation. These shoes are more specific to needs. The price point for me was not bad . I spent about $150 and that is about average for what I needed.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the shoes they carried. They were also very friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend them enough. Their shoe selection was also incredible!

Fabulous experience today. Walked in, immediately had wonderful customer service, and after they found me running shoes for my husband (clearance!), I ended up getting myself a new pair of shoes as well (also clearance!). The name is very accurate; I was in and out in 10 minutes!

I came in last week for a new pair of insoles after starting a new factory job, and they have been absolute lifesavers. Great selection and super friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.

Express footwear a new place to me where I went and purchased my new Hoka boots and my wife's shoes for and they also have nursing shoes in their brand. They have a very courteous staff who really try to help us find the shoes that really fit us the best and the best for our walking status. Even our son have fantastic time there. I recommend them to everyone in Cookeville than in the area surrounding concealed.

Customer service is outstanding. They really know their products! Pat helped me. I told her my feet issue-extremely high arches/have trouble finding shoes and she knew EXACTLY what shoe to go to. I have never had a shoe fit my arch like the Hooka shoe she recommended. Oh and the socks!!! Love those socks!

I come in a few times a year to buy work shoes and running shoes. My shoes are an investment to me. Tyler and Pat are always great! The last few times Tyler has helped me, he is patient and a great help! He even helped me to try a new brand! I always get Hoka or Brooks. This time I got a pair of On Clouds, I am excited to wear them! I enjoy shopping local and won’t go anywhere else to buy my tennis shoes!! Thanks Express Shoes for always having great customer service!!

Podiatrist suggested a new shoe type/brand so we googled and went to Express Footwear! Pat was delightful, helpful, made great suggestions for our feet! Walked out with 3 pairs for me and 1 for hubby. Thank you Pat!!!

The sales staff are very helpful and knowledgeable regarding their products. It's the best place in town to purchase shoes for those who are on their feet 12 hours plus!

I HATE shoe shopping!! I cant never find anything that I like and just....ugh. Happened to find this store by accident in a Google search and I promise you I'm never shopping any where else. The store is clean, the lady that helped us spent a hour helping find the best fit. She answered all our questions, was knowledgeable, friendly and not the least bit pushy. I'll be coming to Express Footwear & Running from now on for my needs.
