We have been in several times and each time it has been great! Today we reserved our seat using the online waiting list and got sat as soon as we walked in. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I wish the menu and a few more options but the hash I had satisfied my cravings. The croissant sandwich was perfect as well.

After our early church service, my wife and I decided to try a new to us breakfast spot.. Syrup is nestled into a menagerie of other cool eateries and businesses in downtown Norman..

We started with their fresh brewed coffee and then transitioned to breakfast shortly thereafter..

I sampled their Home Sweet Homa, which included eggs to order (over medium), bacon (or sausage), their seasoned and fried potatoes, and a short stack of pancakes with a side of syrup..

My lovely bride had their Croissant Melt, which featured a toasted croissant with crumbled sausage, and eggs (scrambled) your way, and a choice of shredded cheddar or mozzarella, with a side of seasoned and fried potatoes..

To confirm whether Syrup was in the big leagues, we also tried their B&G side, which was a single biscuit that wasn't quite slathering in gravy.. 😝

Anywho, we're pleased to report that everything we received was wonderfully good and the components of the B&G tasted decadentally homemade, which was a bonus!! The biscuit needed a tad bit more gravy, but otherwise, everything was fantastic!!

I might note that our server, Ben, did a fantastic job, considering it was our first time.. He was personable, attentive, and remained engaged with us over the entire course of our visit..

10 out of 10 recommend, and we're looking forward to trying some of their other fare in the near future!! 😋

Cozy downtown breakfast spot. We went mid morning on a weekday. Not crowded, quick service. Wide variety of coffee creations to choose from. Had the sweet cream waffle with fresh berries: perfect size, light, and perfectly made. Also tried the salted caramel latte and thoroughly enjoyed this as well. Looking forward to another visit!

SO yummy!! We joined the wait-list ahead of time, which made our wait at the restaurant itself very short - 100% would recommend checking in online, especially on the weekend!!

The food was amazing. We had the morning glory, cinnamon roll waffle, salted caramel latte, and a honey cinnamon latte (I forgot the name). It was packed but our waitress was amazing!! We'll definitely be back next time we roll through OKC/Norman!!

Cute breakfast place. First time here in a while and was pleasantly surprised by the new vegan/vegetarian options. We tried the Vegan Haystack and the Smoked Salmon Bagel. We also enjoyed a sweat cream waffle and decided to add Nutella, banana, and almond slivers to it.

A lovely little spot to enjoy a good breakfast! Even on a busy Sunday the girls were quick to get us seated and our drink order. They had a nice variety of breakfast and lunch options and are Vegan friendly. Our server was very polite, fast, and friendly. The food was piping hot and absolutely perfect! The coffee was absolutely amazing and just one cup had me wide awake😂I would highly recommend this Syrup to All of my friends and family as the service was phenomenal!! A+ A+

My husband and I went here for brunch. I got the sweet cream pancakes with caramel drizzled on top. I also got two sausages that were delicious. The red pepper gouda soup was so good. It's my favorite soup and difficult to find at any restaurant. I made it from scratch, but it was a lot of work. Syrup made it very well, and I didn't have to clean up my kitchen. My husband ordered the cinnamon roll waffles and a random soup that turned out to be the potato one. He loved them both. He got a peppermint coffee to go. He loves peppermint and said that the coffee was wonderful. They have a variety of great food choices, and we will definitely be going back.

One of the best new restaurants I have tried in a long time! The service and staff were amazing. I will be going back as much as possible there. Chai latte was exquisite

Really delicious place! We were lucky enough to be seated without reservations, fair warning. Make reservations!!! When you have a place as amazing as this, it’s always packed. Plenty of options to choose from, we got 2 plates and shared :)

Will take some time to come out but that’s understandable with how busy they stay! Our waiter could have been more attentive, I asked for black coffee at the beginning and never got it. By the time he came back to check it wasn’t worth asking. Besides that the service was good and the food was better! Will be back!

We've tried the French toast & eggs benedict & a few other dishes. Everything has been really good, but our favorite is the Sriracha honey chicken & waffle! Delicious! Service was good too.

Excellent personality and hospitality from the wait staff. The food was good, would recommend and I do plan on returning. Prices are fair, especially for the portion sizes.

I always enjoy eating here. Nice decor and environment. The staff is always friendly and fast service. One of the best breakfast/lunch spots around. High quality ingredients and gluten free items. Coffee here is delicious and a must try! I had the breakfast skillet and it was enough for 2-3 people it was so large!

Have been on a restricted diet for three months and have been craving pancakes. Went specifically for their gluten free pancakes and they did NOT disappoint. Well definitely be back.

A wonderful breakfast and brunch establishment in Norman . A great menu of favorite home items and plates like the Homa sweet homa ( eggs , mash browns etc and the exceptional pancakes which are some of the best ever . The waffles are great and crunchy and tasty . They have a great coffee menu and I tried the latte which was exceptional. The atmosphere is relaxed and postive and the ladies serving were very freshly . Highly recommended.

Excellent brunch location!! Went with a group of friends for a birthday party, everyone loved their food! Their staff was friendly and efficient, and the bathroom was clean. It is a great place, so it can definitely get crowded. I got the eggs benedict. Will post a picture. :)

Very nice little restaurant. I liked how right when you walk in you feel welcomed. They girls were so friendly. The food was fantastic. And the COFFEE. The coffee was amazing. I wish they had a location in Tulsa!

First time eating here. The food was great. The waiter was really nice. Had the biscuits and gravy it was really good.

Great little breakfast/brunch place in downtown Norman. They serve a modern interpretation of classic dishes. Grab a coffee to go or to enjoy with a great meal. Their baristas are skilled and can make any drink you desire better than those chain stores from Seattle. Their staff is knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Usually a bit of a wait on weekends. Daily bustling with college students. But definitely worth the wait. The cinnamon roll pancakes are amazing. Their bacon has a nice Smoky flavor. Overall everything I've had here was delicious. Well worth the drive across town.
