Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were being remodeled, but were clean. This is an older property, so don't expect it to be perfect. Parking is convenient to the rooms. They have coffee in the mornings 🤗
Smoking rooms available. No complaints here, it's a real value for money spent. Great area, right off the interstate with every restaurant imaginable nearby. Would stay there again for sure 😊

Loved my stay at Key West Inn in Cookeville. My partner and I were attending Muddy Roots, a festival about 20 min outside of Cookeville, and stayed at the Inn for one night. The location worked out great for us, the room accommodated our needs, and the staff were friendly (they even stored our bag in safe keeping when we forgot it in the lobby after checkout). Would definitely stay here again.

The staff, and Jenn in particular, was amazing, patient, and accommodating. I erred in my original appointment by one day (i arrived a day earlier than my booking). Jenn handily adjusted, even dealing with a computer failure (the area experience a power surge earlier in the day).

The whole place is midway through room remodeling, so some rooms will be more updated than others. The current owners (new within the last 2 years) are investing quite a lot in updates.

Stayed at this place on Saturday night. I had always passed by this hotel, but I never expected it to be how it was. It was very nice and modern. The lady that helped us check in was very nice and pleasant.From the way the building looks from the outside, you would expect the rooms to be beachy with a touch of the 90s, but I was wrong. The rooms are very modern. I didn't take pictures because I wasn't sure of writing a review. And like most hotels, they have free WiFi.

After reading many of the previous reviews regarding this inn, we were very apprehensive as to what to expect. However, as this was eclipse weekend, there was no choice on where to stay. On arrival, check-in was quick and easy. We went to our room and inspected it to see if anything was lacking... And our fears were soon put to rest. Yes, the place could definitely use some rennovation (for instance there was mold in the corners near the ceiling of the bathroom due to the humidity in there), but everything else we as guests would be using (floor, sheets, sink, tub, toilet, and towels) was clean and ready for use. Over all, we enjoyed a pleasant and worry-free night.

I have personally never stayed here but after the Tornado here in Cookeville this place not only gave victims a discount but also allowed extended stay. The rooms are very nice and are equipped with a fridge and microwave. I brought 2 victims here and the customer service was above and beyond. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Checked in at around midnight because I was stranded on I-40 near Baxter, TN. The tow company recommended the Key West Inn. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming even at such a late hour. He was gracious enough to show me the room before I checked in. He was very accommodating and my friends and are thankful that the room was nice and clean.

Great location, easy to find. Room was clean and comfortable. Need more shampoo though. Breakfast had a good variety of quick foods to choose from. The staff was amazingly nice to us.

Hands down the owners are the friendliest of any in Cookeville TN, rooms were clean with new bedding on the beds. Quiet place, easy parking and a good location and price, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Cookeville area.

My time I have spent at Key West Inn has been a pleasure to me the staff in the office make you feel welcome and at home I highly recommend this place if you ever travel and on a budget it's perfect.. Whether one day or in my case I think weeks..The staff at Key West Inn are wonderful Souls..

My favorite place to chill when I have been outside of Cookeville or deep in Putnam County...(ie...) Livingston ,Crossville' Monterey, Sparta, Smithville, Silver Point and Baxter fixing houses, apts, Cabins & Vacation Homes from Cordell Hull to Center Hill and/or business owners n private property owners too. Really whatever type of dwelling. I fix things and Key West is quiet clean. Never really see any riff-raff and if you do its the owner or staff letting them know they cant hang around. I have no problem giving them 5 stars. Give em an honest chance...you wont regret it. ✌

Room was very clean, staff was polite. Overall was a pleasant one-night stay.

It used to be an unsavory place, but through new ownership & management; improvements have already been made. Very accommodating & patient, with an excellent price range! Avi & Vilpa go above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find such courtesy.

I work in health care I travel a lot and stay at hotels and motels , I don’t like big fancy frilly uptight places , I like to come n go as I please , safety is important to me as well as cleanliness, I have insomnia so I keep strange hours and work different shifts at work.At he Key West Inn in Cookeville Tn ,I have found the perfect place to stay , it’s small and has tons of character , Chris is usually always on duty , very helpful and hard working , this weekend was Valentine’s weekend I had to work but travelled with my boyfriend , i put in for my usual room , and when we arrived he upgraded us to a king suite rm for our stay , had a great weekend it was really sweet . Thank you again Chris and Key West Inn!!! ❤

The hotel was a good place to stay if you just need a clean room. No Ritz-Carlton but wasn't much money would stay again

Immaculate spacious with everything I needed. I stayed there 2 nights for less than I would have spent anywhere within 30 miles of Cookeville.

The owners are amazing and have cleaned up the place so well and are wonderful people I've been blessed by getting to know!

It was super easy to book online and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and very clean. It's a nice boutique motel and I would stay again.

Reasonable priced clean and nice but you should get a discount if you stay more than one night

This is a very friendly family oriented motel and the staff was very kind and motivated when a customer reports a problem. I recommend staying here if all possible.
