Pioneer Family Restaurant

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Great for families, very good with kids. They knew how important a milkshake was to my son, and made it happen. All their servers are very nice and make you feel like your an individual. Definitely stop there if your hungry, great portions of food. Make sure to say hi to Carol an amazing waitress!!

Absolutely the best breakfast I've had in a while. Awesome folks! Small town atmosphere with food like grandma made ❤ and the service to match ☺ I'm so full.. thank God for small towns 🙏

Stopped in for lunch with my boys today. We had the chicken fried steak and the loaded musket and both were fantastic! Eggs were perfect as were the hash browns. Service was friendly and fast. If you’re looking for some good home cooked food, this is the place! You won’t be sorry.

People working there were friendly and very nice. Food was good and nice older place. Not to bad, would go there again.

I had the Denver omelette, and my husband had the breakfast special that had everything he wanted. It was absolutely awesome. Very huge portions. Did I mention the pie best pie choices very good and homemade.
We will definitely be back when we are in this area again.

Fresh coffee yum had meat lovers skillet cooked to perfection, wife had steak says was little to charcoal flavor, and soup which she thought was perfect.

Plesant and courteous service, and the food was good. I was kind of surprised how quickly my meal was made.

My husband ordered senior chicken strips with one side mashed potato $10 no turkey gravy side of country gravy (to also use as a dipping sauce) $4, side of corn $3. Total $17 It was everything he wanted & good but pricey! I had a delicious bowl of chicken dumpling soup $4.

I tried the Belgium Waffle today. It was amazing. Service is always good and the value is satisfactory for what you get. I will keep coming back.

This is one of our favorite places to stop when we are in that direction. The food is always delicious, the service fast, and the staff is so friendly. From today’s visit the waiter didn’t understand that my husband wanted Sprite and me a water with a lemon. He brought my husband a water, another server observed what was happening and brought what we asked for and explained to the first what the request was, out of view and earshot.

Very quaint. Nice servers. Great portion sizes. Got the turkey club and came with fries. Added a salad. Husband got a patty melt. Said it was good but very very greasy. The soup was chicken dumpling. Really big bowl for the price and very hearty. We come here every year on our way up to the cabin. Great place.

The food was great and served quickly by very nice servers. If you stop, don't forget the pie!

Chicken tender melt was delicious, perfectly toasted real sour dough. Seasoned fries were good as well. Perfect for my hangry kids on a long drive home. Service was quick and friendly.

It was the first time getting to go in because it is open at 630 am or so and till 3pm and missed going. So today was my mom's in laws birthday so that is where we went to eat. It was great food. U have to very hungry to eat there size of plates full of food. Service was great. And mom got a slices of pie for her birthday from them. Thanks much u will see us again. Bring hubby next time
