Publix Super Market at The Shoppes at Eagle Point

Great shopping experience at this location. From hot ready-to-eat food to the salad bar, so many great choices for when you don't feel like cooking after running errands all day. The store was clean and well-stocked. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Well I love to go there and make my own salad from their bar. However, on this day, they wouldn't open it just a little early for me. All of the veggies were out and placed properly. They just needed the necessary utensils placed accordingly. They refused to do so. So yeah, I was thoroughly disappointed. After all, I made a special trip to go to Publix for the salad bar! Really?

I love this store because they have fountain drinks. I take my mother to Publix so we are in there awhile. We always stop and get us a drink, then go to deli to argue over what cheese to get and how thick to have it sliced. Ahh the memories we have at Publix. Thanks Publix for bringing us closer. By the way I never win!!!

Super friendly employees. For being a chain grocery store the Cookeville location gives off small town vibes. My husband and I are always greeted and recognized by the staff. The staff give exceptional customer service and we have made this our choice grocery store for all of our needs.

The staff is always so helpful and nice. I have never come across bad produce or fresh food there. Their deli sandwich counter is very good. We love to pick up a sub to take on a picnic with the kiddos.

Publix is always a wonderful place to shop. They have one of the best bakeries around. I really like their bread. White mountain bread is a family favorite. Today I bought breakfast bread which has raisins, dried apples, apricots, dried cranberries and walnuts in it - very tasty! They have wonderful pastries as well. Publix sells a lot of items you can't find at other stores. The workers are always very helpful. I love to shop at Publix.

And you can't go wrong with anything from their bakery!
It just feels like home when I get to visit .
I just wish Crossville, TN could have one.

Very nice store. Higher prices than Kroger but worth it. They never run out of sale items and have well stocked shelves.

A woman whose name-tag I want to say read “Kelly” helped me in the bakery one morning, a few weeks ago. She was so nice. When I came in that day a DIFFERENT employee at the bakery said “we’re busy on Sundays” when I asked to have something written on the tiny cakes. She also got annoyed when I needed a few minutes as they didn’t have a design that worked well for what I needed.

Kelly approached me once I came after deciding which cake would fit the occasion best. She was attentive and helpful, made my day, honestly.

Always clean and well stocked. Employees are so helpful and curious. It’s like going on a field trip to the grocery store. We got everything we were looking for super quickly.

Aside from the wait in the delivery area occasionally, this place is where its at. The quality of everything through out the store is top notch ans that includes the customer service.

Very clean. Great selections. Friendly, helpful staff. Love the way it is layed out. Found onion bagels. That was big for me. No other store carries them. Not sure why I waited so long to shop here.

I moved from Florida to Kentucky and I miss Publix. But this Publix is an hour and half from me.. so I shop there at least once a month... Publix always fresh and the variety is immense.... Great store.

I really like this store a lot because the people are really friendly. It's not far from my home either and even though I haven't been there much in the past my recent experiences there have been very good so I think I will be going back there more often.

I seldom shop at publix, just cuz it's out of the way and I usually have our daughter, who's I'm a wheelchair with me. Nice to have the bagger take my groceries to my car for me.

I moved to Tennessee from the Tampa Bay area, and from the start, one of the things I missed the most was Publix supermarket, as they have great produce, a wide selection, and high quality brands that most other stores don't carry.

And though my husband complains that they are too expensive, in many cases they are cheaper than Walmart - you just have to stay on top of prices.

In short, I was thrilled when the new Publix opened in Cookeville a couple years ago, and like all Publix stores, their staff are helpful and pleasant.

I especially love their unusual (for Middle Tennessee) produce items, such as purple sweet potatoes, and chayotes (mirlitons or vegetable pears).

They regularly live up to their tagline; Publix, where shopping is a pleasure.

Now we just need a local Trader Joe's, and my life will be complete, lol!

Publix is hands down my favorite place to grocery shop.
The store is always clean and neatly stocked, and all the employees I've ever spoken to are so nice and will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for and the variety of items they carry in stock is a very nice option to have when you're tired of having the same options.

High end grocery store . Many specialty items. Made to order sub sandwiches and salad bar is very good and very reasonable. Their fruit bowls and bakery is superb.

Great place to shop! The folks in the deli are friendly and make sure we have exactly what we want. The cashiers are always friendly and make a point to make small talk while we are checking out. The variety of food items is good, the produce is fresh, and the bakery is amazing.
