Got the Boston butts that were on sale. Called ahead and Joseph in the meat dept was kind and helpful and had my order ready.

As always good on variety/ quality of the meats and veggies .. Usually well stocked on canned goods box goods and so fort, very helpful , friendly, and courteous employees .. Very well-kept clean facility.. All prices are very well considering the times that we are living in this world today compared to other stores cheaper on most items... Love this little community I've lived here for five and a half years now.

Fresh produce, great customer service. The manager is easy to talk too and helpful. They keep a very orderly store and are rarely out if stock on an item. The prices are decent and good for on a budget. The meat section has a great variety and the best prices.

Always has everything I need. The only thing was everyone that was working had a mask on except the cashier I had and she had some prombles checking me out bcuz I knew it wasn't my card but I had to stand there for almost 5 mins bcuz she was giggling bcuz she thought it was funny when I had to use 3 different cards bcuz she said wrong pin!! I started to leave $171.00 worth of grocery there in the cart bcuz of the way she was giggling!! Finally she said she will call the manager. The manager came and told her what to do and she did and my transaction was done!! I felt like if she had called the manager over I wouldn't have gotten frustrated! I have never Went to this store and had to go through that and really that cashier I feel needs to b trained over and especially let her know if there's a problem don't giggle in the customers face bcuz it's not professional at all!! IGA is great place to shop.

My dad and I shop here today the young African American girl was great her customer service was ideal. Wish more workers were like her. Outstanding.

I work at this store and I love the people that don't through the store as well as everyone else that works with me. I've worked here for over a year and only had 1 or 2 Customers that haven't been happy with our service. If you haven't liked our store doe any reasons, we are always around to lend a ear to know how we can improve. 😊

This is the best grocery store. There weekly sales are the best. The customer service is above and beyond. Please everyone go and see for yourself.

My daughter took me here the other day, and I love it. It's clean and has amazing customer service. I wish I would have shopped there first instead of going to Food Lion.

The IGA in Gaston has an expert meat department employee, Terry. He helped me pick out a great pork roast and told me how to fix it! I can't wait to cook it Sunday. The very best store to buy meat! Thank you Terry!

This was once my best shoping places for groceries but I've moved on down the road to Swansea,SC.still when there are certain things that I want from this fines store I stop by..This is such an easy store to find your way around,and just as easy to remember were everything is the next time you visit,even after two years of being away.

This is my # 1 store ( grocery) I love it so much !!! The Managers are great !! They go up and over the call of duty . The staff is great too !! Everyone is very friendly willing to help and it's the Best store in our town . And more reasonable than the Outher grocery store in our town .
