Lots of branded t-shirts and Halloween shirts. Great location for pickup if ordering online. Lots of Five Nights at Freddy's stuff.

Was just kind of killing time and stumbled across this store in the mall. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The store was nicely organized and free of clutter.

Always have all the stuff I want but don't really need. The manager there is always friendly and everyone is so helpful. Great place!

I always find what I am looking for which is usually something specific. Never had a moment where if I asked for help I felt like I was bothering someone. They are always willing to chat with me and very customer friendly.

The employees are really nice. I don't frequent Hot Topic often, but they carry things you can't get anywhere else!

Ms. Beth is the most helpful, professional, and patient @Hot Topic! Her suggestions and recommendations are unbiased and genuine. Her people skillset is beyond the vast universe! The primary reason my family chooses this particular store to shop at is because of Ms. Beth. She has tremendous enthusiasm, which, to me, is a significant motivational factor in staying longer in-store to make purchases! In addition, her team is fantastic! I've never seen a team member slacking or on their phone while customers are busy browsing. The staff always asks if the customer finds anything or needs assistance! That means excellent leadership at the store breeds staff members doing what they are supposed to do.
I highly recommend this store! I've been to many stores, including outlet stores. Nothing compares to the way Ms. Beth runs this store. Other stores ought to learn from her!

Every time I go in here, everything is organized , and kept clean. The staff is great, and a consist friendly face from Beth who works there is always willing to help, in finding what I need or helping me get the best deal possible for what I do purchase. It's a great place to shop for Anime also.

I love hot topic it brings me back to my younger days. They have the new line of hello kitty stuff. I love hello kitty. I like they have a rewards program too

The Staff is always so kind and welcoming. Even if they don't have what I am looking for, they always give me the option to order online and have it shipped to the store.

Love this Hot Topic! They always have the best t-shirts and the staff is friendly but not pushy. They leave you alone and let you actually shop but if you have a question, they also are always there to answer questions.

Yes, things have changed since I used to frequent Hot Topic as a kid, but let's not forget about that whole idea literally being the store's namesake -- what is the current "hot topic". It is quite literally a store that tries to maintain its finger on the pulse of general societal and cultural trends and does a decent job of it, all things considered. Still has some alternative, goth, and punk attire and accoutrement, but also mixed with general nerd/anime/etc. stuff -- there's a decent selection and it's worth checking things out if you're at all interested in that kind of thing. Fans of Boxed Lunch, Spencer's, etc. will feel right at home here.

All that being said, this location is pretty typical as far as Hot Topics go. Quite small inside, but well kept, organized, and relatively well stocked. The staff is friendly enough and willing to help. They also have a small kiosk directly outside which acts as an interesting extension of the store.
