I placed an order with Ms. Yvonne and she was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with an arrangement to send to the bereaved family. She took her time to make sure I understood the different options and even gave me words of encouragement prior to us getting off the phone. She is truly a sweet and genuine person!

I calles from Florida to place an order for a funeral. I felt very confidant that my hopes and desires would be met but the finished product FAR exceeded my expectations and the price was exactly as quoted. The family said they were stunning and the photos that the florist sent to me before delivery were so thoughtful. I cannot express how pleased I am! Good job!

Great place to get flowers!!!!

Ordered flowers 2 days before visitation. Roses looked like they had been fully opened for 2-3 days. Stated I wanted to spend $150.00 but was billed $172.00. Flowers were delivered late to the visitation.

We had a very good friend's sister pass away and wanted to send flowers. I located a florist with beautiful flowers and great reviews in the same town. I placed the order on Monday in the morning and received a cancellation late in the afternoon on Tuesday with the only explanation that they were closed. The funeral is on Wednesday not leaving me anytime to locate another florist not to mention that no other florist delivers to this remote little town. I am trying to understand and I do not like writing bad reviews but this cancellation has placed me in a very bad position. I have tried phoning and emailing but there has been no answer. In the email cancellation I was told that my credit card would be refunded but I have not received it as of yet. I would really like to know why this has happened since this florist has had so many wonderful dream reviews as to why she has made my order a nightmare. Thank you.

i would give her one star if it would let me. i called to ask about some flowers for my wedding and center pieces, i have seven bridesmaids and im going to need about 30 center pieces, she was extremely rude said she had a long distance phone call on the other line and for me to call back and then hung up. well i hope she reads this, because i WILL NOT be calling back and i am expecting to spend well over $500 on flowers so i will just take my money some where else.

I do not recommend.
