Arby's

Nice restaurant and good food. Definitely has the feelings of an older Arby's restaurant but I really like it. Food was hot and fresh and didn't have to wait long. Overall, definitely one of my best visits to an Arby's restaurant.

I got a Rueben meal and hot fresh fries and a large Coke Zero with no ice… the young man making my order asked me to pull up to wait for hot fresh fries and it was worth the wait! He was very kind and I can’t say enough good things about him!

Great service with a smile and positive attitude; and an excellent well prepared meal. After a truly rough day personally, this Arby’s rescued my evening.

I avoided Arbys for years because I am not a big roast beef fan. I recently discovered they have added new menu items, and it is now one of my favorite fast food restaurants. My favorite menu is the Greek Gyro. The curly fries are absolutely great. I highly recommend this place.

Roast beef never disappoints curly fries as well friendly service & speedy.

So everyone puts their nose up to arbys but food is good! Buffalo chicken sliders, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks! It's more than roast beef for grandparents!!

Everything was on point even when they were very busy!

I've been going to this location for over 30 years and several of the staff are still there. That tells you a lot about how great this place is. It's fast food so tastes just like any other Arby's but the staff are always friendly and get your order out as fast as possible.

I went for dinner and there was literally 10 cars in the drive thru, so decided to carry-out. The Shift Manager was at the cash register and took my order. He was very lively and had a great personality, but made some questionable decisions. In the midst of my order, 3 other patrons left from their dining-in experience and each rang the bell (signifying they had an awesomeness experience).

This was my 1st time at this location (3-14-2020) and to be honest....this was the best Arby's I have ever been to. The older lady(Nancy) and the female manager were who took care of us. We ordered some food to dine in and some food to take home to our son. I am a bit picky but I appreciate good food. I always order lots of extra sauce on my Gyros and but usually end up disappointed. Nancy gave great conversation and and fresh fries while the manager joined a gentleman in the back making our food. Those were the BEST and most FRESH Gyros I have ever had. I wish I would have caught that manager's name because she deserves a word of gratitude. My profession is an Assistant General Manager and i rarely find these pleasant experiences in customer service anymore so when I do....they are memorable....these folks made my day.

Great customer service I've seen in awhile at a fast food joint. The food tastes great. Gentlemen named Elijah was friendly and professional. Crew behind him were all working like a real team. This visit I only got a large fries. Nice and cool, fresh and not a bunch of small ones.

The drive thru was very fast for a lunch group run. I say on most day this Arby's does my orders very well.

This Arby's on Jake is a lot better now that they got some of the people who used to work here that hated to even take your order . The young lady we has was very pleasant and cheerful and the food was great. Sometimes you can go into Arby's and they slice the meat to thick to get the sandwich out faster. It is always so much better when it is thinly shaved.

Always good. I go about once every two months and haven't had any problems with the shake machine being down. Just tried the ultimate chocolate shake, which is way better than jamocha, I must say. Only problem is I didn't get any sauce that I asked for. My order totaled about fifty dollars and only took maybe 6 to 8 mins to walk back out the door with my food.

I am a locksmith and work in many restaurants and this store has consistently been the cleanest restaurant I've been in both customer area as well as food prep areas. Service is always fast and friendly. The food always exceeds expectations as well.

We got the pecan-chicken salad sandwiches and the orange-cream shakes, with jalepeno poppers and sweet potato fries on takeout and had a good supper at home, staying in. Good fast food and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A nice place to dine and take a break from the rush, conveniently located just off I-85 at the boulevard. 🇺🇸

Friendly customer service. My order was correct. My drink didn't have to much ice. My good was delicious and hot. This is the Arby's everyone should visit. I do all the time.

Friendly Customer service lady greeted me. She took my order and asked my name. Five minutes later I was enjoying my Chicken Wrap. Yummy , always.

Fresh hot food! Ultimately quick service. Although the restaurant could use a face-lift, I would definitely go back!
