This place is great. Staff is friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond. I rent equipment a lot from there and it’s the easiest process. Quick, easy, and convenient. Will continue to be a customer.

2 years ago we bought property just outside of town and had a house put on it and thank God for these people with this hardware store they are the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I have ever had a deal with Makes me extremely happy we decided to move where we did I know that if I need anything I can walk in there and they will have it. Not only do they have a great hardware store they are also great as neighbors.

I can not fully express to you how much i appreciate this company and it's owner. I came buy one night right before closing looking to purchase a part for a leaking water line. Once the Owner found the part that I described to him, I got to the counter only to find that I forgot my wallet. Without hesitation the owner offered for me to take the part home and pay him the following day over the phone. Like I said before....no words can express how grateful I am. Thank you guys so much for doing that for me.

It's a small home town hardware store. They don't carry everything and prices are a little higher then big stores BUT checking out is WAY faster/easier and employee's are WAY nicer. Lanier's has actually expanded some has more than they use too but if your looking for that expensive, wifi, purple, new model, thingy mo bob, it's not here...but neither is the mega store BS ;)

I shop here a good amount. It's one of a few local small business. They have a lot of items in many facets of home improvement for DYI and pros. The prices are fair but more than you would find at big chains. I prefer shopping here because you won't wait long before someone asks if you need anything. They rent equipment as well fix small engines if needed. The biggest thing I am impressed with is that the owner can be found most days working the register or the floor. If you can't find it they can order it if you want. Some of the departments are plumbing, electrical, paint, hardware, gardening, farm related items, rentals, small engine repair and they even have boots and camo clothes for the out doors peeps.

As always there might be more employees than customers, but not right now as supplies are in demand following hurricane Florence. Here you are always greeted with a smile and "how may I help you". Today I purchased a chainsaw and it was taken in the back so that our could be fueled and ready to go out the door. Now that is quality.

A great hardware store and has a surprising broad range of items in stock plus work machines to rent. A great time saver versus driving to Wilmington, Clinton or even Wallace. Always someone to guide you if needed, to meet your needs.

This is a great store with a hometown atmospher. The staff are always eager to help you find exactly what you need. It's great to be able to get in and find what you need without having to stand and wait on someone to respond to "customer services need in the ......" Like at the big box store. Plus the have all the rental equiptment you would need and they even make repairs on some yard equiptment. All around its a great place!

When you need any supplies this is the best place around. The staff are all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The building is clean and everyone there is always so willing to help.

They probably have anything you need from hardware, animal feed, paint, clothing, durable shoes, garden accessories to large equipment rental. Friendly helpful staff. Electrical and plumbing needs. Love it!

Even in the middle of a remodel the employees are there to help! Most everything you need for hardware and a delightful environment makes for a great experience! Even if you're doing nothing more than hardware shopping!!

FYI to the manager here. I parked my spectrum truck in your front lot w wilmington st Burgaw. When I get the go order or you want it moved I’ll re stage it. Need access to get to work. Logo bucket truck.

The gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful!! He showed me everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. They have made a lifelong customer here!!
