This is the only Ulta that I will shop. They always have whatever I’m looking for, they are extremely helpful and even make me aware of any savings that I am entitled to. The manager is just the BEST. Christmas is coming, I’ll be all up in this place! Also, this place is actually more clean than Novant hospital 😂😂😂. Spotless.

Absolutely amazing! My beautician pulled a miracle on my hair! Karyna is a master at her craft! I will only go to Ulta from now on. I've never had my hair this healthy in my life!! The 1st pic is what happened when I tried to strip the red dye from my own hair. Karyna did her magic, and my hair has never looked or felt better!!

Clean Store. Wonderful customer service! A girl by the name of Alex asked then helped me and I had no idea what I was looking for when I went into the store, I had an idea of things I wanted. She set me with a routine which I have never had before. She was honest about what products would work for my skin type and what would not! She gave me exactly what I needed without giving me too much to learn. It’s been a week and my skin feels amazing, my makeup is great! Go and visit this store for yourself! Best one I have been to! Will be going back to ask for her specifically!!!

Great place to buy my makeup and hair care products

First time going into Ulta. My girlfriend needed makeup for an event that day. Jade was amazing and helped me find everything in no time at all.

Truly a welcoming store, staff are always eager to help even if you turn them down the first time. They work together so well. It put me in awe of how great they were.

The hands down best Ulta I have ever been to. I will not go to any other! There is one guy who works there(I forgot his name) who is usually the cashier, and he is INCREDIBLE!! He is always so sweet! I returned some items that were past the return date and he happily helped me. Definitely go to this one!!

Just went today after school with my best friend. There is many new displays featuring new and smaller brands. Everything seems to be clearly priced and clean. Staff was very attentive asking us if we needed a foundation match or help finding anything. The cashier was also very friendly even though I totally counted wrong and handed him the wrong amount of money. Was very kind and very peppy making me laugh a lot. I was very pleased with my shopping experience.

I love Ulta but it doesn't matter when you go or what you buy you never get those little freebies you're supposed to ever the staff is usually really friendly but what do y'all do keep those for yourself you actually act like you pay for them my biggest complaint

Ulta is a place that's jam packed with project. It's also pricy to me. Something I also felt and noticed is the employee's were not really able to help us Black Ladies with what all we needed however they did just enough to get us to not ask anymore questions..personally I say why ask keep asking questions to someone who cannot help you...ijs

Everyone was super helpful! I had a lot of questions and everyone I spoke with really took their time with me. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is they only had one person operating the cash register and I stood in line for about 12 minutes before I could check out, other than that this store was great!

They always have my orders ready. I pay for them online and just pickup. Its great when you get off of work to have it ready. They are always polite. They do ask for ID.. LAST TIME IT WAS MY CARD I USED TO PURCHASE ONLINE. They need to make up their mind which one they need for purchases as it confuses buyers

Diane at this Ulta location was super wonderful to work with at checkout. She made it fast easy and helped me save some money! Also a very well organized store. Everyone was super nice!

Very friendly. Helped us out a lot with finding the right colors and showed us how to properly apply make-up for my daughter's dance competition. Much more helpful than the previous location we visited.

David was very attentive and helpful.

Good products, the staff was very helpful. They have a great return policy we did not know about until we're talking at checkout and the lady told us about it. Will definitely go back.

Best Ulta around the staff are so nice and aren’t snotty. They are willing to help and teach you if you need it. Point system is great and they give a ton of freebies with your purchases.

The ladies are so friendly and always ask if you're still doing while shopping. One of the best places to fine your ULTA awesome beautification accsesories! From make up to hair, from press on nails, polish and diy gel nail kits to polish-hairdryers and any curling/straightening iron for your need to even beaution hair station/salon in the back! The place always has everything and more than I need and want!
