This is my second purchase from this dealership, specifically Aaron, and each time was a wonderful experience. His knowledge of vehicles makes it easy to find something reliable and within your budget. The manager Steven went above and beyond to help finalize my deal and Garret in finance is thorough and really helped explain all my options. Overall, highly satisfied with my new vehicle!

Went in there today. 2/17/2024 to purchase a vehicle for our 16 year old son. They were fantastic to work with. Gave us a good deal on a nice used car. We worked with Bryant Crosson and he was so easy to work with. He was excited to help us find a car for our son and was excited for us. They even went out of there way to find us a bow for the car to surprise our son. This was by far the easiest car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Thank you for the great service.

Bought my truck there last week, it was a fantastic experience. Gustavo was the man, not pushy at all and wanted to get me the best deal possible. Was super respectful and knowledgeable, and while the truck really sold itself, he sold me on himself and the Westgate family and made it a comfortable buying experience.

This is the first time I have used your dealership. I had a water leak and had to have my vehicle towed into the dealership and they were able to fit me in and get me back on my way. For the record of inquiring minds: I purchased a 2022 Toyota Corolla from this dealership on September 20 2023 and am a very regular service customer with all 4 of my vehicles (2 being purchased from Westgate Burgaw) I continuously come back to get taken care of by these wonderful people no matter what side I am on. I give this dealership 5 stars for its CUSTOMER service.

Gustavo was our salesman but more of like a family member, he treated us with the most respect and was very personable. He presented each SUV to us and was very knowledgeable of specs and details of each vehicle. I recommend a raise or promotion for this young man as his ambition and quality of presenting and representing westgate of Burgaw to highest quality. He explained each service with the sale of the vehicle to the T and dotted every i, we recommend anyone traveling that way or want to take a trip to visit this dealership do so and ask for Gustavo. I bought my 2023 Suburban here in November and the sale experience was quick and easy. We just happened to see the Duramax Suburban driving by and went in to get a price, brought a check by the next day it was very efficient.

Our experience after was also great, it’s had a couple manufacturers issues. Bill, Tyler and Amber are wonderful, the Service department got it right in, gave me a rental and took care of all of the issues!

I bought a Jeep Compass here yesterday as my first adult car purchase. Initially, I was super nervous but Bryant made me feel really comfortable and even let my dad in Massachusetts be on speaker phone for the entirety of the sale process. Bryant was very honest and transparent and worked hard to come to a deal me and my father were comfortable with. Garrett, the finance manager, was also great and gave me a great deal on a 5 year warranty.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would listen. The dealership highly values ethics and honesty and helping out the community. The car is absolutely beautiful and I am so happy with my experience!!!

Went in because I had some questions about factory ordering a Ram Truck. Yes they sell those also. Garret and Corey put me into a beautiful 2021 truck and I am very happy with my purchase and the incentives they gave me. The fact that I can go get free oil changes for the life of my vehicle is awesome too! There are so many other things that I could list about this dealership that are fantastic including Kaitlyn who answered all my questions before I ever got to come into the dealership.

Had to delete my previous review as they called back with an opening and squeezed us in. Great service saving a drive into ILM. Location is a major plus and worth a drive to shop.

Always great service friendly staff and very customer friendly. West Gate Chevy in Burgaw Nc is top of the line dealership. Service department is top notch. Highly recommend them even if you have to drive from anywhere to get there.

I contacted Aaron and Logan from Westgate Chevrolet through their online info request. They reached out quickly and were able to answer all my questions. They worked with me to get the deal done. I drove down from New York and traded in my car and picked up my new to me truck. They were great to deal with and very accommodating. Highly recommend. The truck was as described and couldn't be happier with the deal.

Just ask and you shall receive. Great place to purchase or lease. Sales on point and don't have me talk about service.. well ok . Service director Chris Fountain has to be one of the most successful and down to earth person I have ever met for example. Detail shop are hard working gentlemen but from time to time get swapped.
