This Store is the best compared to the one in Paul’s Valley.. Mel did an amazing job that PV couldn’t do but throw a cheap phone for me to make payments on for no reason. I had my own IPhones that is.. Instead of a cheap Android that Pauls Valley threw on me cause they didn’t do there Job… Mel is has got the best customer service and works hard to satisfy her customers.. This is the store I will for sure Coming back to instead of Pauls Valley where I live. I just really loved the employees over in Purcell much better than the rude ones and Pauls Valley…

Right as I walked into this store every single worker came out to try to assist me, so I had to leave a good review for this store, I never had customer service like that.

Disrespectful unhelpful staff... Came in here looking for an upgrade, the lady in charge (tattoos & short hair) seemed very inconvenienced by our situation and did not provide helpful information. She treated me as if I wouldn't be able to afford an upgrade. I was in the store with my dad, and she asked me my age which was very unprofessional, acting as if I were a child wasting her time. Her attitude was disgusting. Just switched to Verizon thanks to her.
