AT&T Store

Walked in and was immediately seated. No wait time at all. The associate that helped me was not only professional but he was very kind. He definitely knew what he was doing because I was finished and ready to walk out in under 15 minutes. I was not pressured into purchasing anything and he didn't try to get me to stay whole he talked on about products trying to sell me something. Will definitely be going back to that site for any business I have with my phone or service.

Kelli, I believe the store manager did an awesome job considering how swamped she was. However there were two women in there who I later found out were from corporate who stood around drinking their coffees and taking selfies rather than assisting Kelli. By the time her other employee arrived the rush was done. Very disappointing to see that customer service was too much to ask from members of their corporate team.

They answered every question we had. Took care of everything we needed and were very friendly. We enjoyed the conversation while we resolved every issue. Great store and wonderful people.

Kelli and Rhylan are awesome! My phone service was spotty, turns out it was an old Sim! They got me all fixed up. Also, upgraded my son's phone which included transferring all the stuff onto his new phone from his old in less than 15 mins! Super impressed!
