Sierra was so helpful and so kind. She explained a lot to me, and she knows all the clothing! She was great with her employees and showed great leadership.

Jamie was so sweet and helpful I've never shopped their before but I would go back just for her. Seriously give her a raise because she deserves it 10/10

Manager and staff are always super nice and helpful. They always have good choices and combinations to offer. I'm a big fan of the Outpost brand they did not carry and as of recently they made the effort to bring it in store. Great place to shop.

Amazing staff, purchased several hats at this location. Management and staff is very helpful and they have great product knowledge. Store is clean and organized and I will definitely be back for more items. Keep up the great work.

Love this Buckle !! I’ve been shopping here for years since Dominique was a manager. Ty the last manager was absolutely awesome. He always had my fitting room prepared when I called ahead for a get fit appointment. I’m sad to see him go but I’ll definitely be shopping with him again in Cedar Park. I can’t wait to meet the new Manager. I love the super sweet staff always so helpful.

Kinsey ( I hope I spelled that right) but she, is the best person ever! My husband and I LOVE her. We came in so much just to see her and buy things. She became a good friend and I hope she gets a store of her own one day. Anyway, everyone ther is great!

I NEVER leave reviews but I felt the need to after seeing some of the ratings so I can show that not every experience is the same at buckle, clearly in my case. I walked in and didn’t really know what I was looking for but was instantly greeted by Courtney, who was so nice and super easy to talk to. I told her I want a date night outfit and she was so happy to ask for my sizes and what styles I do/don’t like. She went through the store and picked out complete outfits and brought me a bunch of shoes to match and they were SO CUTE, I’m so in love with the outfits I got and so excited to wear it. I went by myself, so I didn’t have anyone to judge how the outfit looked on me so I modeled them for her and she gave me her opinions lol!! She tried help me save money in a few different ways like a giveaway they were having and the buckle account that saves you 20%. It’s a bit pricey but the clothes are amazing and you really get wha you pay for so i think it’s all worth it. Thank you Courtney for being one of the best with customer service that I’ve ever seen!!

I worked at this Buckle for almost 2 years and even before then I would shop here at this location and the one in Knoxville, TN as well. The clothes might be pricy but the quality and customer service have always beat the price. I love that the clothes are different so you can stand out and always get compliments. Also when I was working here I learned so much and came out of my shell to be more outgoing. I will always shop at Buckle. Also Ty is a great manager!

Wonderful service !! My mother & I spent about 2 hours in here shopping and the staff was very helpful! Joann was so nice and helpful and made my experience here SO much easier !! Helped me pick out a rockin pair of jeans too!! :)

One of my favorite Buckle locations! The employees at this Killeen mall location are very helpful and attentive - - great customer service. This store is always fully stocked with the newest arrivals, and I almost always purchase something whenever I walk in.

The girls there are always super nice and helpful. If you try on something they make sure you like it or they help you find something and you’ll love.

The ladies here are so nice and welcoming. Shoutout to Rachel for being awesome, she deserves a raise !
