The Villas

Horrible hill, bees all over the porches. I have asked to take care of the hives above my door and was told they spray once every 3 months, still have bees. Management is rude when you email and ask questions. They tried to charge me and my roommate $160 each for electric bill and when asked to see the actual bill they sent an email saying they made a typo and that it was only $42 each. All amenities are broken. The gym only has one machine that works and that is a treadmill that still slips when on a high speed. The apartments are cute and clean. The property is kept up with and look beautiful. The tenets are quiet and keep to themselves. And parking is good in the summer. During school year there are a lot of cars parked here that aren’t owned by tenets.

Clean place with an attentive manager and maintenance staff. A little pricey

Not the greatest place to live by far. Housing is sub par at WCU and you’re not getting what you pay for here. There’s bugs everywhere (even though they say they spray for bugs). The appliances are old and falling apart. The a/c units are filthy. They will want you to fill in thumb pin sized holes or they’ll take your security deposit. If you like bugs, antique appliances and losing money then this is the place for you!
