I love working here! We love to work together and get done as a team. Some hires has took advantage of coming in late and getting lazy and staff will let you know when enough is enough. It makes it harder on the other employees when your not doing your job and not coming in or complaining about your job [making excuses] This company gives you a chance, take advantage of it and pay the price by getting fired. If you got issues mentally this job is not for you. This is a positive company. Come in everyday like your told to do by your hiring company. If your going to be late everyday than you must not need the money or the job. Its simple. Dont make out like your needed because you can and will be replaced. There is no rehiring either. Don't come in under the influence of drugs and fall asleep on the lines either or argue with supervisors amd others.. if you cant work as a team 👍 then the staff will rid any issues.. dont act like its their fault for your mistakes. Every complaint and argument is noted. Remember that. We work as a team. If you can't come in on time and help this company by getting the orders out when work ends at 630pm and on your time you decide its whenever you decide to leave than you dont need to be here. This is an easy job. Your on a schedule and so are they.. they expect that from us so we can set the goals for Sunshine Bouquet.. its not ran employees way.

They got me in and out of there real quick wouldn't mind going back to that place

Good work place hours are long at times but great place an people thumbs up
