I had the best experience at this Verizon. I came in with a complicated situation and Lee listened to everything, gave me the best advice for moving to my own account, was patient in figuring out the next steps and made it clear that he was there to help me in any way possible (including the saving money part:)) Now I have my own account and a new phone!

Recently visited this location to get my neighbor hooked up with a new plan. New staff but Christie (Mngr) and Sean (District Mngr) have hired some awesome reps for this location. We were helped by Hope. Strongly recommend this place for all your cellular needs! She was so nice and helpful during our process! Thank you so much for everything y'all are doing! Go see Chandler. He is honest, patient, understanding, willing to spend as much as time as you need, and is thorough and experienced for all of your Verizon needs. Highly recommend!!

Chandler Hensley was so helpful in adjusting our plan to benefit my family. He was able to decrease our monthly payment by $30. He was considerate of our time and worked efficiently to get the job done. We will be back! :)

Matt Opinski is a hero! Getting a new phone can be stressful but Matt made it a smooth and easy process. He was very knowledgeable about the features and current promotions to help get the best deal possible. Throughout the process he was upbeat, patient, and communicative. If you're in the market for a new phone then Matt is the man to see!

We came in today to trade 2 phones for new ones. One of our old ones had several major issues. Poor Cyrus spent about 3 hours updating, transferring, and crediting our account. Throughout the entire process, Cyrus demonstrated extraordinary patience and offered continual reassurances that he would make the situation right. Along the way, he had to call Verizon and Apple customer service representatives to fix our unusual issue with one of the old iPhones. I was amazed, quite frankly, at his steadfast support and his dedication to meeting our mixed bag of needs.

We left the store quite assured that he would submit the necessary paperwork to complete the trade-in process for that particular old phone.

Kudos to this very pleasant customer service representative! We will be returning when we need other cellular services.

I just purchased a new phone and Cyrus Pulliam helped me along the way. He did a great job. He and I both forgot to connect one part of the phone. When I asked him to help with this after I had returned to my office, he promptly connected me with the appropriate Verizon representative and it went smoothly. He did a great job. This is the 3rd transaction I've had with Verizon and Sylva and am always pleased with the result.

Nick Flynn was patient and helpful from the start. When I first went by I unfortunately still had a debt to pay off but needed more info on how to do that, and thankful Nick went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. On returning, Nick again was patient and helpful, hooking me up with the latest deals and getting me set up with a new phone with zeal.
I was impressed by the teamwork and fun this store shared between one another and their customers. Great experience in little time. In and out, which made this visit easy and stress free.

Over the years I've wanted to pinch off the heads of a few Verizon store workers, but... had one yesterday that finally did the job and got er did right. So upper management ought to seriously consider giving one of their truly stellar employees a raise. Morgan 'Mo' Cunningham knocked it out of the park for y'all. Keep her around. Y'all need to make some serious improvements at the Sylva, NC store. And she' s a major step in the right direction.

I truly appreciate the expert service and advice of the technician that helped me. Kendrick is absolutely amazing. He even came in on his day off to help complete my order.
