I went inside. Came all the way to this location a time that there was an Amoxicillin shortage in OKC. The pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy staff helped me looking for ways to find a solution due to the shortage, even spoked to the hospital, they went the extra mile. They were nice and fast. Really good customer service.

As almost all Walgreens they have Drive thru, photo service, food, cards, office and gifts aisles.

I typically do not prefer Walgreens pharmacy. Usually they are pretty rude and busy. The lady that help me was either a Regina or Gina. I’m sorry I can’t remember. She was super helpful very patient very nice and helped my family save a lot of money.🙂 there was no wait either 🙂🙂

I have always used Walgreens regardless of where I am residing and I especially have always appreciated the Walgreens on Garth Brooks for their professionalism and their friendliness. People that are complaining about long wait times or rude techs, we all know there's two sides to each story of course. And when we're waiting for meds that are supposed to make us feel better, we can be a bit irritable even though we may not realize we're being that way. I would much rather take the time and wait and get my CORRECT prescription verses fast service and the wrong medication in my bottle. People need to step back and prioritize. These people are doing a good job and they are doing a big volume. Why are they doing a big volume? Because they are a good pharmacy. The fact that they're open 24 hours a day is why I get my prescriptions filled there even though I live in the city. These people are always concerned about me getting my medications on time or if I haven't been by to get them on time because they bother to learn whom their customers are and that they are getting the medications they need on time. This particular pharmacy has to deal with two of my doctor's offices in Dallas. Although we are all capable of mistakes, there are often many breakdowns in communication when everything is done through fax or email on prescriptions that may not have been correct from the doctor's office or maybe need a refill to be called in.So maybe the ones that are so impatient should go somewhere else and see what happens. If your service is very fast, most likely they don't have a big customer base, and there's a good reason for that. If you go to another pharmacy that has a lot of customers, you're not going to get it any faster than you do at Walgreens on Garth Brooks.

The pharmacy is fast and convenient when it's not oeak hours. Only 24 hour pharmacy in town! Its so helpful that the store is 24/7, 365 days a year! We REALLY appreciate it!

Amaka was so sweet and helpful tonight. She got our prescriptions filled fast!!!

Not the case with some lady with long brown hair and glasses. Rude and disrespectful. Enough so that I’ll be taking my 30 years of business elsewhere.

Lol. Ive never had any issues with this location. Cosmetics ladies are extremely pleasant, pharmacy staff have always been helpful whenever I ask for their assistance. They are obviously the only 24 pharmacy hour location in town so it's only natural that they'd be busy

They have great service you can find any thing you need. If needed help in the pharmacy just ask for Lisa's she is very helpful and she is always smiling and happy with makes you feel better about yourself I give her and the Walgreens crew a high 10 you can't go wrong here

What a great experience these ppl are so kind and caring and even when they were swamped the tech Charlie went to the floor and got me some syringes bc they were out, keeping me from walking in with a sick infant! You get what you give 😊

On rare occasions I go here for over the counter cold-flu meds. So far I have not experienced any beef from troublemakers.

Excellent service at this location! They are very busy so expect a wait. It’s been my experience that everyone that works there gives 100%+ to take care of the customers.
