Taco Bell

I am a little shocked by the bad reviews for this Taco Bell because since living in Leland (a little over two years now), we have had nothing but great experiences here. Yes, there is occasionally a longer line/wait but I appreciate that we have never once gone home missing an item we paid for which is shocking for a fast food place. The staff are always kind! When we went through recently, the young man who was taking orders and working at the window (he is shorter with dreads) was really on it. He took the orders so quickly and had the food and drinks out of the window in seconds. I recommend paying them a visit if in the local area.

Chris is a life savor, was driving back home to Myrtle, and had car troubles, only took him one second to look in the parking lot and he offered to help. Completely knew what was happening and helped us get home safe. Never have I seen someone so helpful. You the man Chris thank you so much.

I asked for 69 hot sauce packs just being silly and received 60. Best customer service ever five star! My mans prolly went in for the full Monty and was gonna, but the dang thing only had that much in it. I applaud you and your effort, it really made me smile.

The manager on duty did a great job. Unfortunately, he didn’t have a lot to work with in a team, but did the best with what he had. I appreciated his work ethic.

I wonder if there under new management because I was so happily surprised tonight! The food was really good and packaged accordingly unlike the many times I have been before !

Myself and my son stopped and got a 📦 box. The service was fast and the employees were so friendly. We were riding in his jeep with no top or doors so we ate in the parking lot. We made the remark that the parking lot so so clean. So if you want
"The South of the Border" stop by the Leland NC right outside of Wilmington NC and grab a taco. Oh by the way its easy off and back on the interstate.

If you go inside and make special orders, they comply with grace. Always great quick meal in a pinch, courteous to my allergies request and fast. Even in past, when a few orders came not to my liking, they fixed it and even threw in a free snack. Glad to know their avocado is not dairy free. Only wish they offered recycling for their recycable stamped cups.

We went to this location on November 2nd 2021 right at closing. We had just gotten into town after a long ride and unpacked all our stuff at our hotel so we were tired and hungry after a long day. The staff working the closing shift this night were all absolutely amazing. They took really good care of us. We ordered 10 tacos and they came out super fast, hot, and fresh! Everyone was very nice and were all smiling. It was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. So much so that I wrote this review.....which I rarely do. Kudos to your amazing team! They all deserve raises 😁

Listen. Let’s not beat around the bush. Taco Bell is great and I’m tired of pretending it’s not. Is it authentic? No. Is it made with love and purpose? Not really. Will it probably mess up your stomach? Sure. But is it going to taste darn good while you’re eating a Crunchwrap supreme with one hand, going down the interstate at 80mph, on a Saturday night and talking to your grandpa who you’re driving to town 2 hours away to see for a surprise birthday party? Without fail.

Just stop coming down on Taco Bell and admit it’s actually pretty good. I have, and life is better because of it.

I used the online mobile order and my order was exactly what I wanted. I want to give a huge shout out to everyone that was working tonight at 8:54 pm. They were to help me more than two different Harris Teeter's for dinner.

This is my favorite place to eat because it is on the way home so it's an easy stop and taco Tuesday

This taco bell IS ALWAYS BUSY but with that being said they are always very pleasant and quick to get the food out and their food is very good. Then only thing I wish is that there was one closer to my house but oh well. Went there last night and have been going there for 3 years.

Wonderful customer service, clean fresh food. Being so close to the college they tend to be a little busy but somehow still move the orders out with great speed and care.

I was really happy with how well they prepared the food. But even more happy to see them taking good precautions with wearing masks properly and handling food carefully!!! Great job guys! Thank you for looking out for everybody's health.

Best location hands down! I’ve never had a problem here with my service or order! The staff is always very friendly and my food is always fresh! Definitely visit this location versus the other ones!

By fair the best place to eat , very polite people and the general manager is awesome and will go over and beyound , he makes sure his crew is on top of it plus the place is very relaxing .

I rarely eat fast food, but was very impressed with this taco bell. Friendly,clean and fresh. Wouldn't 2nd guess going here again
