Rob is hands down the BEST tow service in the area! He's been in the business for over 20 years, so he's very knowledeable about what he does and he's very careful with your vehicle. Rob was prompt, professional, and flexible. He met us to get our key and had the vehicle delivered to its destination within 2 hours despite it being on the south end of Topsail Island—on a Saturday. We even passed him on our way onto the island. Highly recommend!

Awoken this Sunday morning to a flat tire. Called different places without any luck to help. I then found Tri-County Towing and called and he was more than willing to help. He came out and not only fixed my tire, he also checked all the other tires to make sure they had the right amount of air in them too.
To come out on a Sunday and I not having AAA, the cost was way under a hundred dollars.

Absolutely wonderful service! Rob was extremely kind and helpful. My car was picked up mere minutes after I had broke down, and was towed from Hampstead all the way to New Bern. Best towing experience I’ve ever had.

Rob helped me over the phone when my car was stuck on a raised manhole and gave me great advice. He was readily available to talk and very kind in a time I felt very distressed. Will definitely be calling again if I ever need towing help!
