State Employees’ Credit Union

I am new to this area and to State Employees. I visited the branch off Hwy 17 today, and Carol Longo assisted me. She greeted me promptly and was very professional and considerate. This State Employees is easy to get into, with with handicap parking directly at the front doors, for easy access. The bank is very clean and organized. Everyone seem to be friendly and eager to help. Carol made sure I was helped, and that I didn’t need anything else, before I left the bank. Carol Longo, assisted me with ordering checks, getting me wire instructions, routing number and bank address. I went to the bank for a cash withdrawal, and received superior customer service. I appreciated the attention to detail I received.

I have done my banking with the credit union ,over 20 yrs now..never had a problem with them that they didn't help resolve until recently... I was selling a vechicle that they financed.. But mysteriously my title got lost in the mail from Raleigh,N.C. I called every week to see had it came in. For three weeks..Every time it was it hasn't came in yet..finally I spoke with JESSICA ,she got right on the problem,calling Raleigh....finally she got a solution to help me... Branch manger never returned by call as of today! THANK YOU (JESSCIA) for caring ...TAMMY ROBINSON,SUSAN MOODY you guys rock too...

I have used this particular branch MANY times over the last 10 years for multiple banking needs. I have always had a positive experience.
I recently had a debit card issue. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly when assisting me. I now have resolution and would like to thank them. I am especially grateful for Mrs Sellers and Mrs Gregory. They went well beyond and provided outstanding service with a smile.

SECU is a great bank to build a brighter future. Between Jesus and smart moves like opening not only a checking and savings, but a "Money Market" , and/or CD accounts. SECU is like a money tree, 😊I have a home, through my bank too.

We have a mortgage, auto loan and open end loan with this branch! We will never deal with Rainey Ashley at this branch again and recommend no one else does! Recent experience with her has been horrible, she is rude and lazy and does not follow up with you on the loan process. If it were not for the branch manager, Drew, stepping in and getting our loan finalized we would not be in our home now! I highly recommend the bank and the personal there except for Rainey! Just found out today she failed to requalify our open end loan back In October and add my husbands name to the account. Why?????? We have no idea because we specifically went into the branch to requalify the open end loan in both our names and prequalify for a mortgage! Absolutely not satisfied with Rainey at this branch and we don’t know how she would ever qualify for that job!!
