Deluxe Inn Fayetteville North Carolina

We stayed for a week at the Deluxe Inn. If you are looking for luxury, keep looking. If you are looking for a clean room at a great price these days, this is one of the best available. The owner runs a tight ship and is customer service centric. I definitely recommend this room as it had a table, desk, refrigerator and 2 queen size beds which we needed and used. Just a cup of coffee complimentary (no breakfast). We didn’t have a dog, but if you do, the fee per night was listed as $10/night, which is the cleaning cost (pay it and don’t risk the $250 fine for sneaking your dog in, take the complimentary dog treats). Thank you.

Deluxe Inn exceeded my expectations! We travel north to south & vice versa often to visit family and we dread the usual dirty, sketchy or expensive hotel options especially when it’s usually paying $150 plus just to rest a few hours. Add in a pet fee and you’re well over $200. But Deluxe Inn is a game changer! The staff was delightfully friendly. The accommodations were spotless, one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. The pet fee was extremely reasonable, they even have dog treats and pet waste stations outside! But don’t worry non-pet lovers: the rooms were silent and spread out so you wont be “annoyed” by other people’s pets. I love them all but I know not everyone does.
The value for the price is unbeatable, this is the only place I’ll stay when heading down moving forward! It’s also in a great location right off 95 and close to several food options. I wish they’d open another location that I can stay in when traveling back home. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Best bed I’ve ever slept on! Awesome service at the front counter! The service counter does everything they can to help. Great location, right off the interstate and across from several restaurants. Definitely recommend if you want a good nights sleep.

Very nice people stay 5 days 4 nights. Very quiet. Clean we also had our dog. 15 extra a night. No really any place to walk dog except for a skinny piece of grass. But would stay again.

I was looking for a room for the weekend that wouldn't break the bank but would also not give me bed bugs...and I found it. The Deluxe Inn isn't fancy but it's clean. The staff I interacted with were friendly and pleasant. It's close to a gas station and several restaurants and getting on and off 95 was a breeze. Making a reservation on their website was super easy as well. I will definitely book another room here for my next stay.

Second time here, came back because it’s a great value. Bela at the front desk is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Room is clean, location is great, everything nearby & our 4-legged🐶 family member also approves.

For 3 hours I compared local hotels before finally deciding with Deluxe for three nights. This hotel is also pet friendly :)

Rooms: Recently renovated with hardwood floors and new furnishings. The bed has three separate sheets/blankets placed on it. There is also a security push latch that can prevent the room door from being forced open. The A/C and all appliances worked with no issues during my stay. I added a nice photo of an uppercut during a boxing fight I watched :D

Bathroom: New marble walls have been installed and even a soap and shampoo dispenser. The Deluxe was FULLY booked and the hot water was still scolding hot and lasted for all of my showers.

Location: This hotel sits on a strip of restaurants and stores within literal walking distance.

We were looking for a hotel off 95 to stop before Sea Pines HHI. I usually don’t like staying at brand hotels. I saw the reviews and they were so correct. For the value and cleanliness it’s A+. I also loved the owners and staff so very accommodating. Will stay again next time around!

I had written a bad review because of something that turned out to be a bank issue, not a hotel issue. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The owner was very attentive and caring. I regret having written that review when I was angry. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we checked in, I knew the owner took pride in this establishment. The room was very clean. Husband walked around barefoot because the floors were clean. Staff were friendly and for one night, price was great! Zero complaints.

We've traveled extensively for years and were very hesitant that this hotel would not live up to its stars. What a nice surprise we got! Clean. Cute. Great service. If we find ourselves back in the area we will be staying here.

If your looking for a clean room, soft towels and a welcoming owner, then this is the place. Just seconds off rt 95. Great place when you just need a place for a good night sleep on a comfortable bed. So glad we stopped in. Will be back.

WOOWWWWWW I saw all the good ratings, but it really delivered. I cannot name a single "con". It was EXTREMELY clean and extremely new with renovations. This wasn't your "landlord special" shoddy reno, either. It is legitimately well done with a lot of attention to detail.
Pros:
SO CLEAN you could eat off of it. No damage to anything
No odors, stale or otherwise
Fresh, comfortable bedding and perfect soft/hard balance beds
Smooth checkin, friendly young man at night
Clean and well kept front desk, same with attention to detail there
Well lit parking area with wide spaces (no door dinging!)
Working cameras monitoring the outside with high resolution
Clear that the public who stays here is people stopping on a journey, no one suspicious that I saw at all, all very respectful and no seedy guests

Front desk was very kind and understanding. We're were going to stay for several days and had to leave early. The location is easy to get to and the rooms were nicely modernized

The lobby is clean and recently remodeled. The front desk staff is polite and efficient.

The rooms are spacious (we got a king). Our room was meticulously cleaned.

I always stay here when I come to Fayetteville. The staff is always helpful. The last time I was there I met Bob and he helped me without hesitation

I was so tired driving to Sc, so I pulled into the Deluxe Inn no reservation. The staff was great checked me in quickly and the room was large and comfortable and very clean! Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed overnight on a road trip up from Florida. I have to say that all the positive reviews are spot on. The hotel is conveniently located just off of I-95. Check in was very easy and fast. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The room appeared to have been recently renovated. It was clean and very comfortable. The parking lot was also very clean and well lit. Several restaurants within walking distance. This hotel is very dog friendly. While most others charge $75 or more for a pet to stay with you, this hotel only charges $15. Would highly recommended this hotel!

This is my second stay at Deluxe Inn. The rooms were immaculate. The desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The price was very reasonable. This is now my "go to" motel when visiting Fayetteville.

Great place to stay! Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is warm and friendly! If ever in the area again I'll definitely stay here again!
