It’s well arranged. Items easy to find. All clerks have been pleasant. I have been using the self checkout too! Nice!

Excellent customer service! The employee helped me find the castor oil I needed in two departments, then checked me out immediately.

Brandon C and his team are awesome! Always come through and help with requests. Great attitudes from all staff, and lots of attention to detail.

Needed a Father's Day card for my Husband when I picked up a prescription. The store is undergoing a reset. The reset employees were very kind (not employees of CVS) and directed me on how to get around them. I was able to still get what I needed and came for. CVS always delivers.

I wish I could remember his name, every time I go in is usually after a long work day. I’m sure you know who I am talking about, gentlemen with glasses (age approx 50’s) that works in the front. The only reason I go in is because of him. His personality is so bubbly, kind and gentle. His service to customers is so selfless, he would probably do work for free. I feel like we miss that a lot now. I strive to have his excellence one day. He is the type of person a big company like CVS will let slip through there fingers. I feel like good accomplishments are swept under the rug as if it was a bad one action is taken immediately. Take care of this man CVS, take action, level this gentleman up or give him a raise. We need more people like him.

My friend and I came in the other night to get candy and snacks for our road trip. We enjoyed our shopping experience all because of Chris. His customer service was excellent and he was super funny and kind. This guy deserves a raise!!! Thanks for recommending the party size candy Chris!

This is my favorite pharmacy! I gladly driver from Village Road to Brunswick Forest for my family's RX. Very professional, super helpful and always so kind, polite and professional.

11/29/18 Adding to this review from almost a year ago.... Wes the pharmacist - top notch! Once again, I will continue to drive, passing multiple pharmacies along the way to continue my families RX with CVS. You can tell, each and every single one of them in the pharmacy truly do care about their customers.

I shop at the BF CVS all the time and the people are WONDERFUL!!! In some aspects you would never know it is a Big Chain Pharmacy because the staff makes it feel equivalent to a spectacular small town family run drugstore. Granted the pharmacy part can be slow at times; it's the people that make make all of the difference. They know me by name and always welcome me. BF CVS shoppers do miss Jimmy! We understand he was needed at the Landfall location. To CVS Corporate: it's your employees that make this store so special!

The staff and pharmacy reps, at East Cutlar Crossing in Brunswick Forest, are ALWAYS extremely helpful, friendly and thoughtful!!! So grateful to have a caring and trustworthy pharmacist. Wes, you are awesome; thank you for your thorough and dependable assistance!! 😃
