Villa Capriani Homeowners Association

The Villa Capriani is one of my family’s favorite places to visit. You fall asleep to the waves if you stay in a direct oceanfront unit, even with the windows closed it’s so loud! There are multiple pools and a restaurant onsite. Live music some nights in the courtyard. I see lots of reviews about run down units- but each unit is individually owned and managed. You really need to read reviews and understand who you are renting from. Lots of the hosts at the Villa take pride in their homes. Short walk to the pier and lots more to do and see nearby on the island!

I think of people were careful of who they rented from, they would love this place as much as we did. These condos are individually owned and managed, and our experience was fantastic! The only thing we could complain about was the hot tub not having jets that work. The property is beautiful. We would stay here again. Just do your research and read reviews of who you rent from.

Been here a few times over 28 years, sometimes it's better cleaned up - for 2022 - it's as good as I've seen it. Very nice pools, maintenance and restaurant. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, very tastefully decorated. We loved waking up to the sound of the Atlantic Ocean and the spectacular sunrises from the balcony! We would definitely recommend!! We stayed in 306A! Michael and Gina H.

This was my family's 6th trip to Villa...thanks for all you do. Some people will complain about this place, but they would also say their coffee is hot. Best beach access and best ocean side pool around!!! Thanks Villa see you next June😎
