Facility cleanliness has declined over the last 1 year. Machines have mold/mildew. Pet hair in washers left behind after washing from people bringing their pet’s bedding there to wash not considering the hair ends up in other people’s clothes. Bathroom not clean. Floors are filthy. Several washers not working and doors have been removed from some of the dryers. Some washers do not wring out the clothes enough, causing extra dryer time.

I kept adding money in a dryer and there is an error on the machine. No contact number for the management. The place is filthy. The machines are not kept up and are also filthy.
