Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I've been in the food service industry for over 15 years. And I have to say, I have never, in the over 2000 restaurants, I've walked into, have ever been treated with 6 STAR SERVICE!!! 5 was the only thing I was able to select. From the friendly welcome when I walked in. To the order process, which included product knowledge of all the items on the menu. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! The professionalism and customer service were above and beyond my experiences in the food service industry!

The employee "Joy" took care of us, and she was truly a joy. Very helpful and pleasant!

I have a love hate relationship with TS . They are amazing when they are amazing, but they don't seem to have a set parameter for measurements on their smoothies. This equates to drastically different tastes with each visit and as a previous restaurant manager , this is unacceptable. I behest that TS address this issue so that I can remain a loyal customer as well as many people I know with the same issue.

My friend and I met there at 2pm for smoothies and a visit. Left at 3:30pm.

The teens seem to be quilt busy working the drive-thu. Also several orders were picked up by delivery people or to-go customers.

We were waited on by the manager (my guess). Werecieved prompt and friendly help.

The smoothies were tasty as well as the cookies.

My smoothie just got better and better. I'd go back again and again.

this is the first tropical smoothie cafe i have been to that has a drive thru. the cashier also handed me my receipt without asking if i want a receipt. the avocolada smoothie actually tasted like all the ingredients listed which also means they are making the smoothies properly. the price is also quite reasonable only around $6 per smoothie. compare that to about $9 or $11 per smoothie at smoothie king and this place is better in more than one way vs the competition. great smoothies and has a drive thru AND customer service is textbook proper. you cannot possibly complain about this place.

I tried this place the other day on a whim and it was so GOOD!! I love the Baja chicken wrap! I wish you guys had more sides other than just the jalapeño corn or sweet potatoes. I do love the other variety though.. I could try a different smoothie combinations every day for a month and still not have the same smoothie! Yummy!

Havent been here that often but I wish I did. The smoothies and food are amazing.

The lady working the drive through was incredibly helpful. I'm on a restricted diet and she happily answered all my questions and even went beyond that to explain dietary options. Also, my smoothie was delicious!

love it!!! We always hit this spot up after our work out... My fiance gets the JEtty Punch- Strawberry Banana and adds Kiwi! so yum!

Was here in the afternoon and the crew is great, wish I would have tip more. Smoothie was well made, but my wrap was phenomenal

This crew is eager to help and make some darn good smoothies and wraps. I frequent this location and sometimes am in a hurry. They are Always so fast and the food and smoothies are on point.

I have tried a lot of different smoothies here. I am in love with the sunrise sunset it is the perfect wake-up special.

I love these people, they get my orders right and they are always very nice. I know it takes a little bit of time to make these things but atleast they don't take 30 min to get anything out like chickasha.

Good, healthy service. And I didn't wait long for my smoothie. It was delicious and nutritious.

The staff is super nice and kind. If you are a health from out of town, check this place out. I went here after a swim workout at the U and they have some solid post workout food.

Rylee is a awesome person there I became friends with her over at tropical smoothie she makes a killer smoothie the best employee there I remember a time she made the best food of all love rylee great person -Dylan

The smoothie's were AWESOME, yummy and filling and the food was fresh, warm n delicious! I highly reccomend them!

My favorite tropical cafe! The people there are always awesome and polite! Jarin there is the best! If he is there you know for sure you'll have a great experience!

I love coming here, always great customer service, food is always fresh, smoothies are always wonderful and super quick.
