Located on Church Street near the corner of Church and Main Street in Waynesville, North Carolina, this wine shop offers a broad array of various wines including local, US, and wine from other countries. The employees were helpful and friendly. Watch your step as you step down into this basement shop.

I love visiting this shop. It's really in a cellar! It feels like an Old World cellar tasting room. They have the best wine selection and lots of luxury brands. If you're a Napa person they have Caymus, Cakebread, etc. Some very dusty bottles from Burgundy for collectors and aficionados. All kinds of port and sherry. Then, there's lots of really high quality mid-range premium wine for casual enjoyment.

Came in for a light dinner and live music on a Saturday night. Our server, Tracy, was solo serving the whole house and def. got her cardio in while still keeping up with everything and remained so pleasant the entire time. She really did a superb job and even suggested a peach Moscato that I fell in love with! To eat, we got the bruschetta app, Margherita flatbread, and capresi panini with added prociutto. It was all really good and the piano player/ singer was fun. I'm really glad we found this place and would def recommend for a cool night out!

We has a very enjoyable evening at the wine Cellar. The musicians very good, the ambiance of the place I'd special. It's located downstairs,you're surrounded wine walls of wine from around the world. The food was excellent and Tracy our waiter was a delight. We will return for many more of these entertainment evenings. Thank you Richard for a great venue.

What a great shop with a wide range of products. Check out the Dom selection. The vibe is collector and wine specialist for sure. We always spot in while in Waynesville.

Wonderful evening, great service, live classical guitar music and perfect wine choices. I am gluten free and was surprised when the chef came out to make recommendations from her menu which were so helpful. The waitress have us a tasty wine that we ended up loving. Spend the evening there, you won't regret it but bring a sweater because it is an underground restaurant and quite chilly.

Wall to wall wines of every type! Cozy feeling, welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed a dinner evening with live music there.

Great atmosphere and food. The artichoke appetizer is the best I’ve ever had! To top it off, our server was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, she greeted and treated us like old friends. Highly recommend

You don't really expect to find a wine shop of this caliber tucked away in a small mountain town in the Appalachians but drop in and find yourself delighted with the wonderful assortment of wines and the equally fabulous service. We are spoiled by a few of the wine shops in Raleigh owned by good friends so our bar is set pretty high. My husband and I are far from being wine snobs; we are probably the opposite. We like easily "drinkable" wines and obscure wines/blends that don't break the bank. If it is odd or quirkly, we are going to like it. The Wine Seller has the perfect balance of elegant, classic wines you would expect to find in a well curated store's collection paired with things from off the beaten path including some interesting NC wines. The wine list available by the glass is wide and diverse. Pay attention in particular to the ports (great white and rose port options that you don't see every day by the glass.) The owners and staff are knowledgable, engaging and full of Southern hospitality.

Lamb dish was melt-in-your-mouth perfect and delicious! Didn't have reservations but they seated us anyway. Live entertainment was fun - piano player engaged the crowd. Prices were surprisingly fair given the quality of food and service. Definitely looking forward to returning.

We only visited once, for 20 minutes, and we were blown away with the selection. From the moment you walk down the stairs into the "seller", you feel as if you've been transported into a secret hideaway and you're a member of an "exclusive club". I wish we didn't live so far away(Myrtle Beach) because it would be so much fun visiting this establishment on a regular basis. Next time we are in Waynesville, we'll definitely be back.

Not realizing that usually reservations are required we were none the less seated right next to the evenings musician. What a great night! Excellent musicianship, really good food and an amazing choice of wine and beer. We plan to return soon.

Great selection of wine and the employees know their stock. The restaurant in the evening has fantastic food and always has great local musicians playing. Joe Cruz, who plays most Saturdays, is always a treat. We make a point to go every time we're in town.

Everything about the inn is comfortable... it’s a spacious and well maintained inn offering beautiful grounds with beautiful mountain views. The inn keepers (Mary & Bill) were very accommodating and the hospitality was on point ... outstanding hosts! The inn was impeccably clean and Covid compliant, without changing the bed and breakfast experience. We will be back!

I have been here 5 times now and each experience is a pleasure. The owners are obviously fully invested and proud of the establishment's progress. The entertainment is always a pleasure and the food an experience beyond what you find at your usual weekend bistro.

Had an absolutely fabulous time here, with a small plate dinner and live entertainment! We chose a bottle of wine and it’s uncorked and served at your table. Just a delightful evening and we hope to be back soon! So fun!

Most romantic place in town. No matter what age you are, you'll be swept away by the music, food, and spirits. My husband and I went out to celebrate his birthday and very much enjoyed the live music by Joe Cruz. Fantastic evening. Delicious lentil vegetable soup and shrimp pasta.

Excellent wine selection and excellent food! We loved the atmosphere and food so much we had our rehearsal dinner here. Definitely make reservations so you don't risk missing out!

Wonderful atmosphere, cozy and intimate. Nice menu with interesting offerings. A great date place or for just a quick bite and/or dessert after the theater. Of course, there are lots of wine choices. Go, you'll like it... alot!
