Great store! The people who work here give you, what nowadays seems like a rarity, customer service!!! Every time I've been here they've always been fantastic. My son was a little distance from me looking at a pair of tennis shoes. I was looking with my youngest son at some other things. Every 30 seconds or so I was glancing at the older to see how he was doing. There was a young guy (employee) helping him with his shoes. He really seemed genuinely interested in what my son was saying and looking for. Obviously intelligent enough to realize kids have a definite effect on shopping purchases. By helping him feel confident in his decision this young man created a sale. I bought the shoes he wanted from DICK'S! I probably could have found them a little cheaper somewhere else but the effort of this employee impressed me. He did what an employee is supposed to do. He listened, helped, and made the sale. Great job! Thank you! 👍👊👏

I was in and out of DICK'S Sporting in no time flat. A pleasant employee walked up, helped me get what I was there, helped me in any way that he could. I was in a hurry that day and that employee helped me get what I needed, we made sure that everything that I got was correct, finalized the sale and I was gone, as I needed to be. A very pleasant experience.

What a store! There isn't a better place in this area for all your sport, outdoor and clothing needs. This place has it all. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted and provided with help I need from the staff. Every department is clean, organized and easy to navigate. Staff here are never to busy or trying to do something else, instead drop everything to help me find what I need.

I had a great experience here at the Salisbury Store. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the kayaks. He was very helpful on the size of the paddle my wife needed. And he answered my questions truthfully. No "BS".

Matt and JD are awesome, Matt went above and beyond helping our school find enough tents from other stores for our camping trip. They called wildlife and helped us with a change in our fishing license when the hurricane came through. Figured a way to order online with a PO for the stuff not available in the store, loaded my car and was always going that next step. Great couple of guys to work with.. Knollwood Elem...

Didn't have What i went there for... 3 things. 1)non-slip shoe bottoms that help keep from slipping on rocks in streams. Recommended by a friend. Said they are found in the fishing section of his sporting goods stores. 2)Redskins apparel. 3)backpacking goods. **** However, what i did find was exceptionally good customer service

I was looking for a specific item that they did not carry, but the sales staff went over and above the necessary to help me find an alternate item. I do wish they had a bit more selection. Overall, you can find what you need here with courteous staff.
