SEPHORA at Kohl's

Usually hate going into makeup stores looking for foundation but Tiffany welcomed me in and was so helpful and caring and listened to what I needed which hasn’t happened in my long journey of buying makeup . I definitely recommend going to her if she is in store so sweet and caring . I didn’t feel as she was trying to push me away genuinely wanted to help me as long as it needed to make sure I was happy.

Great experience! I’m happy they have a store close by to buy Rare Beauty. Was helped with finding a shade that’s perfect for me.

The employee was nice and helped when we were trying to find something and it was pretty clean considering the 10 year olds at Sephora lol

Had a bad expieremce
First off I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door .No friendly environment at all.

I spent 45 minutes in this store looking for facial cream. Before entering it I saw a young lady with a Sephora tag on …asked her if the business was open, she replied yes. She and the other lady there were talking and laughing and not one time asked if I needed assistance nor did I hear if they asked anyone else if they needed assistance… I stood at the counter and was totally overlooked… I put the products up and left … I own a business and would never ignore my customers!! Will stay with Ulta ..

Worst customer service, i tried returning the products got online. They didn't take it saying its been 30days. Online returns worked fine and it's been less than 30days since i got it. Gonna return all the items got in store.

Horrible customer service. I asked a question and someone was supposed to be back to help right away, but after 30 minutes and no sign of anyone, I just left. They just opened and are already going downhill. What a joke.

Terrible location very dirty very unorganized Employees are rude and send you to Austin to get a products Because they're too lazy to check wine availability for products in their store.
