Flower Petal

I live in Louisiana and used The Flower Petal for a friend who lives near them. I am amazed at the AWESOME customer service that I received! I called their number after they were closed and they still reached out by text. AMAZING. They obviously go above and beyond for their customers. THANK YOU FLOWER PETAL!!!!

The staff was very helpful and communication was excellent. This was important because I didn’t know exactly when my friend would be home when I placed the order. Beautiful flowers and extremely sweet people.

Was a pleasure to work with Ms Debra. She had great input and suggestions when I was not sure what I needed. The flowers for the wedding arrived fresh and promptly. I would defiantly recommend her. SHOUT OUT to THE FLOWER PETAL and OWNER

Not impressed

We had a funeral today and ordered some flowers. Called several time with no one answering. My mother had drove to the store to place the order. She told them spring flowers for the spray. When they finally decided to deliver the flowers they were not the right color they were all red roses. And sad part is there was no card on it. When several of us called to see where they delivered them to and that was not what was ordered. They said sorry it has been delivered and we will not do anything about it being the wrong thing that was ordered. Due to it being close to Valentine’s Day I guess they decided to use all there red roses on it instead and the ribbon didn’t even match at all. Very sad and upsetting this can be. This was poorly handled in the wrong way. Very dissatisfied.
