We came 30 minutes till closing and the food was still great! This is a small town diner with no frills. But let's face it, those are the best comfort food spots!! I tried the bacon cheeseburger, and my husband tried the BBQ sandwich. Both were delicious! The kids both got hotdogs. It's hard to mess up a hotdog, so there's no comment there. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. Prices were on point. We also got an order of fried pickles, YUM! They were breaded perfectly. Most fried pickles are soaking in grease and soggy. These were crunchy and spot on perfection. My only suggestion is that a jalapeno ranch would be amazing with the pickle chips and maybe a little more seasoning on the burger. Great visit. We will be back!

Stopping off the highway for gas and something to eat, we spotted this diner. It was filed with locals. The service was great. The place was clean but nothing to write home about. We'll probably never get back that way again, but we would definitely make a point of stopping by again if we did. Meal time or not.

Food and service was amazing. Everyone treated you like family. Not a fancy place, just good ole country eating. Don't forget dessert.

It’s off of exit 264. They have a full menu and a place to dine in. But on this particular visit I just walked up to the outside window and got a hot dog because I just wanted a lite bite.

Ok, up front, I am a fat guy. Fat guys know their cheeseburgers. I've been all over North Carolina searching for the perfect cheeseburger. Good news! This is IT! Debbie's has the best beef I have ever put in my mouth! They have an awesome breakfast too. I live 42 minutes from there, and we drive there when we want a cheeseburger. IT'S THAT GOOD! Trust me. Oh, and they have a walk-up window if you're social distancing. Try it, you'll be addicted. And... they're opening one in Yadkinville! P.S. You need to work on the green beans. There is more to cooking green beans than opening the can. Add a little flavor.😁

My wife and I are new to the area and decided to give DSB a day in court. The verdict was guilty of being delicious! I had the double Bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. The menu plainly states allow 20 minutes for cook times with burgers, for they are hand pattied. It was so worth the wait. Undoubtedly, this was one the best burgers I have ever had! Just look at the picture. My wife had the chicken pie which was extraordinary. Attentive service, quaint atmosphere and an extraordinary value (our bill was $14 and change). I really look forward to coming back here. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious, and the service was prompt compared to the number of customers that were there. We have it saved in our GPS for our next trips westward. Just a small country restaurant with good food & awesome access for the weary travelers passing through.

Kept it simple, ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Hands down the best burger I've had in NC so far! The fries are pretty standard but cooked perfectly. All around 5*'s!

Man this place has good burgers! We stopped by in the morning on the way to a job, and they let me get it @ 10 A. M. Which was cool, a lot of places don't do that. As you can see, it was a double. I didn't even get I all eaten @ lunch, I was able to take a lot of it home and have for supper that night. The burger itself was delicious too! Will definitely be back, like to try a dog next time.

Milk shakes is all i have had here but they are really good they put whip topping an a cherry on top if you want them.to.

Four of us were on our way to spend the weekend in West Jefferson and decided to give Debbie's a try. We were all very well pleased. The food was delicious and the wait staff were incredible. We will be returning!

Where do I start??? This place was recommended, and I am glad to report that it was nothing short of delicious. The service was excellent, thank you girls, and the food.. well I'm going to have to return one day and try all of it, if the Bacon Cheese Burger was any indication of how tasty this food is. With that said, I ordered a sweet tea, just right, and the 🥓 🧀 🍔 was absolutely done right, juicy flavorful and hot, the cheese melted on the pattie and the bacon was crispy..as was the lettuce and pickles. To me it was a nostalgic type burger that seems to have been forgotten in the days of fast food, it was perfect. I had the option of ordering half fries and half onion rings and those too were salted just right, crispy and hot. To the owners of this place, thank you for having great employees and great food. It's rare I find these hidden gems but when I do it's very appreciated.

Price for food you can't beat, better than fast food prices for real home cooked good food. Great service. Everything was great!

Stopped at this place because I love this type of food. Corn dogs chili cheese fries mam what a great burger. Boy did we pig out . Local mom and pop place it was Great

What a gem! Friendly service, great prices, indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of trucks and motorcycles in the parking lot to keep our kids entertained as we ate at a picnic table. Hamburgers were delicious.

We had excellent service and the food was delicious but the Hot Fudge Cake was the absolute bomb!!!! Yummy!!!!

Got the double cheeseburger and it was a giant burger really get your moneys worth. Was not disappointed
