Maybe the best plumber experience I have ever had. Checkered Flag Plumbing Co. took our call after hours and got us up and running with a new water heater within 12 hours of it going out. Kristin did an amazing job of not only being empathetic to us not having hot water in December but her and Doug both went out of their way to help us get it fixed ASAP. Colby & Kyle were there first thing the next day and had the old water heat out and new water heater installed before we knew it! Highly recommend Checkered Flag Plumbing. Can't say enough good things about them! We used them at one of our rental houses and they came out promptly, fixed a whole list of items we had and everything was flawless. We noticed our water heater was leaking at 4 pm in the afternoon and called Doug at Checkered Flag. He worked us in for an appointment the very next day! He was professional, fairly priced and very nice. The installers let us know (within a 30 min window) when they would be here and were right on time. They were also were professional and had our new hot water heater installed quickly and completely, getting rid of our old one. I’m very grateful I was able to schedule a visit to find a fix for a very loud gurgling sink drain. I have had 3 plumbers here prior to Checkered Flag and all could not figure out the problem. Colby was the tech that came to help from Checkered Flag. He was here for a short time and after investigating the situation, he went straight to the problem then explained how he could fix the issue. They scheduled a time to come back then made the repair in a very timely manner. He then cleaned up absolutely everything. I feel like he knows his job well. I used Checkered Flag to replace an old dripping water heater. Kristen was great to work with over the phone, and their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time. I will be using them again in the future!

Checkered Flag was a lifesaver and earned a customer for life. I was without hot water for five days dealing with a home warranty claim. The home warranty company, of course, cut corners. They assigned me a bottom-of-the-barrel “vendor” with two company names, neither of which was on the side of the personal pick-up truck that pulled into the driveway seven hours after our appointment time. While I was approved for a new water heater, I was looking at a mysterious fee of several hundred dollars due to non-covered charges in my premium tier warranty package. Frustrated, I gave up on the warranty claim and called Checkered Flag based on excellent neighborhood and online reviews. Kristen answered the phone and immediately went to work to help. Within 90 minutes, Colby and Kyle were at my house with a water heater in hand. That’s right, 90 minutes. An hour later, the new water heater was installed, and they were on their way to rescue someone else. Never again will I wonder who to call for my plumbing needs.

We were notified by the water department on a Tuesday that we had a water leak. We were out of town.and I googled plumbers in my area. I called Checkered Flag Plumbing and spoke with Kristen and advised of the issue. The water department had shut off the water for us until we could get home. Kristen was honest that they were busy and could not get to me until Thursday. Which was fine with us. I moved my appointments around to be home for them. Prior to the guys getting there I located the leak and advised them of the issue. On Thursday Kristen called to advise they were hung up at another job and could not get to me but would the next day. I totally appreciated the customer service and honesty that they couldn’t get here as planned. Friday morning came and they were here first thing it did not take them long and it was repaired and they were gone. I would highly recommend Checkered Flag Plumbing to everyone I know. They were courteous, honest and very considerate of their patrons.

From start to finish, I was very happy with my service. Kristen and Doug in the office were very communicative and kept me in the loop while they worked me into their schedule. Colby was friendly and worked hard on my weird set up to fix my faucet. Price was fair as well. I will definitely use them for any plumbing issues I have!

I used this place for a problem with my shower handle in one bathroom and to install a new drain for my kitchen. Cole is absolutely the best, he’s been at it for 22 years he said. He was so professional and his work was clean. He absolutely cares about doing his best work. Mind you I don’t personally know this person, I only know him professionally. If I ever have a plumbing problem, he’s the only one I want coming out. He is friendly and personable. Plus the company is proficient. They call every time within 30-45 minute notice just as a courtesy call. I’ve never had to hire a plumber before now but they are so knowledgeable and will gladly pass that knowledge on to you so you get the best service imaginable. I love this company.

Jason was excellent! Came when they said he would. I like that they kept me informed on his arrival. They don’t just throw a 8 hour window at you and then you have wait and wait. While he was here, he saw a potential issue with my toilet, told me about it and we got it fixed right away! I appreciate that because it prevented potential water damage and another service call later! In the end, save us money and frustration later!!
