Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fayetteville South, an IHG Hotel

Overall, it was a clean and pleasant stay. I was only there for one day, but the lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast was normal. Everybody was very nice and pleasant. It was very quiet on my stay. I felt like I was the only one there.

Perfect pitstop between Orlando and Washington DC.

As a family of 5 we stayed in one of the 2 queen suite with a sofabed and it was spacious.

Check-in was smooth and quick. Breakfast was standard for holiday inn. Place was well kept. Gym nicely equipped with quality benches and free weights.

Donna runs a tight ship here, and I love it!!! This hotel is by far the cleanest hotel in Fayetteville, NC, in our opinion. LaDonna and Jomar are excellent front desk agents and deserve a raise. I am here for work at Food Lion Store remodels. However, my oldest niece lives here, so when we visit, this is the only place we'll be staying from now on. There are new hotels here but none as clean as Holiday Inn Express & Suites.

Had an issue with heat not working in the room. Staff worked very hard to fix the problem and manager followed up with an apology. Otherwise the hotel was very good for our needs. Staff, including maintenance person, was very considerate. Love the cinnamon buns! We will return.

Staff: From the time we got there, the Concierge was helpful. Gave us Wi-Fi info, instructions and on our rooms and showed us the breakfast area. The gentlemen at night was super kind and helpful, and he dressed amazingly. His blue shirt on the first night was popping.

Building: The building is spacious and very well taken care of.

Hotel room: The hotel room I got was a double queen. Had a TV, desk, and wall closet. Safe was there in case you have racks on racks and pew pews to protect it.
Breakfast: The breakfast buffet got kind of tight, when a few people were in the small room, but the food was amazing. I’d sneak back just for the breakfast.
Snack sales: I had a sweet tooth acting up in the middle of the night so I snuck down and bought some snacks. They have all kids of goodies.
Others: they have a small gym and pool, but I left shorts off of the packing list so I didn’t get to enjoy those amenities.

Parking: plenty of parking.

Star rating: 5 because of the staff and the amazing rooms.

I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.

Breakfast in lobby was fine. Road dividers make you go past the hotel and make U Turns. As long as no traffic it is ok. If you drive to Ruby Tuesdays you need to make 2 U Turns to get back.

This Hotel and staff is awesome, The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. And the breakfast is grreeat. The GM even popped in during the last hurricane to make sure everything was alright. No better place to stay!

The Ladies, Jedda and Ladonna,really made us feel well taken care of... women traveling alone, And felt safe...

I simply cannot say enough great things about this property! Rooms were VERY clean and modern. All standard amenities of a hotel room. Beautiful clean lobby with extremely friendly employees. Excellent customer service. Free hot and cold breakfast. Gentleman running it displayed Excellent customer service and went above and beyond to keep it well stocked and tables clean. Modern spacious workout room with updated equipment and outdoor pool. Easy access to Route 95 North and South. DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone as well as stay again.

I love staying here! The rooms are spacious, super clean, comfortable beds, and offer brand name hygiene products. The TV is large, there is in room coffee, mini fridge, and closet space. The staff are friendly and caring. The highlight of this stay was the complimentary breakfast. It was by far one of the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. The lady who cooks breakfast there who's name is Pam has a attention to detail and puts love into her job and food. It was very delicious and there was a wide variety of hot and cold foods and beverages to choose from including coffee, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, cinnamon roll, bacon, turkey sausage, muffins, and more. We asked to meet the cook. She came out with a bright smile and was very gracious. She deserves a raise! All of the staff we encountered we friendly and accommodating. This is a great hotel! I will definitely be coming back soon

Great spot for a stop along our big trip! Friendly folks, clean rooms and good service. I was a little disappointed that there was some broken equipment, elevator and some breakfast equipment slowing down service, but they made up for it with so many great gluten free options for my traveling companions. Will stop here again!

This holiday inn is awesome. The staff, the room is large and clean. The outside is esthetically nice and the grounds are immaculately maintained. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was the best then and two years later it is still one of the best Holiday Inn hotels.

The Holiday Inn Express does not disappoint. Staff was friendly, rooms were
clean, mattresses were great, linen was nice and fresh. A very nice continental Breakfast was included with a nice variety of hot and cold foods. Parking was also included with my stay. I love the ability Holiday Inn offers in cancellation without charge. I have stayed at a several hotels over the years and I find the Holiday Inn has been the most consistent in cleanliness and up-keep.

Easy on, easy off 95. Quiet and clean rooms. Cracker Barrel is nearby if you want a lunch beyond super fast food places. But, they have a variety of fast foods too. Gas station next to hotel. Easy check in and off to the room after an extremely early morning drive....will be back!

I stay at Holiday Inns as a rewards member and this location gets 5 stars all around. Evident this is a pretty new location, so everything is NEW and updated. The wheelchair accessible room was top notch for those that needs accommodations

Very nice clean and quiet. The only drawback was the outlets for usb and regular plugs were loose or did not hold the plug un - the concept was nice but probably needs a better construction
