As someone who has worked in training customer service and working as customer service, this is HIGH QUALITY! These ladies are just gems. Very sweet, very welcoming, and they care so much for who comes in. By far some of the absolute best people in this industry. And let me tell you, it’s extremely difficult having to work these social jobs. I’m extremely impressed and pleased. The tables, floors, bathrooms, every surface was cleaned very well. I didn’t even have to wipe off my seat like every other place. These ladies need a raise asap. I studied for about 4 hours here, and is my new favorite place to study up here in Purcell. (I attend school in Norman, so all my favorite places are a far drive). Thank you Starbucks! And thank you to the best workers!!🩷🩷🩷

By far the best Starbucks In Oklahoma. I have lived here for 3 years , and seem to never find nothing like California Starbucks coffees. I’m so glad that I found one and it’s near my new house . Will be back 👍

I absolutely love this Starbucks! They are so kind and the customer service is on point! They give back to the community and care which is a giant plus! Shilo makes the best coffee she is always so friendly and makes it perfectly ! Tyler also stands out when I think of perfect customer service!

We had a great experience at this Starbucks. Madison had an excellent attitude. We went back two days in a row and she remembered our name. We were just driving from San Antonio to Oklahoma City for gymnastics competition. Then from Oklahoma City back to San Antonio back the next day. She’s a great asset to the store and company. Her service was a above and beyond. The whole family was impressed by her service.

This is hands-down the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I am greeted with a smile each time I walk through the door––coming here just makes my day better. I have witnessed countless displays of kindness and generosity from the servers and managers, not to mention they can make a mean mocha Frappuccino. If you want an unmatched service experience and a place to chat, work, or just hang out, this is the place for you.

Every time my Autistic son is sick he always orders a chai tea with cinnamon cold foam. He swears to it that it makes him feel better. Thank you, For helping me, bring him comfort to him on such difficult days..

By far the best Starbucks I’ve been to, the girls in there were sooo nice , and friendly, and they made our order within a few minutes . I wish I lived closer to this location, it would be my everyday store .

Stopped by on the way to OKC, suuuper fast and friendly. We left the drive through, looked at each other and in unison said “wow that was quick” great job <3

I asked the barista to make me something they liked and I got a Dragon Drink with peach juice and vanilla powder. It's really good!!

Obviously, since the pumpkin spice is back, I had to go get one today, and I brought along my toddler. We made it a special little day before we went to work/daycare. Can’t say thank you enough to this team for the little corner they have for children, and the friendly atmosphere. Great experience, highly recommend!!!

Today was my first time ordering from a Starbucks. The lady working the drive-thru window was amazing. I wanted a hot drink but I had wanted the vanilla sweet cream. The drink was on spot! It only took a couple minutes to order, receive my beverage, and pay. Wonderful service ladies!

They are always so nice and the coffee I get is great. Love this Starbucks.

I order through the mobile app at this store every single day. Well today I got to the store and they didn’t have an order for me. I had clicked on the wrong store 🤦🏻‍♀. The guy working there made my drink and refused to charge me for it even though it was clearly my fault. Great customer service. They are super friendly every day I go in there!

Coffee is great and staff is awesome. Anyone complaining about wait time needs to get over themselves. It's a new store with new employees and longer wait times are common with the high influx on customers, don't like it? Go somewhere else or show some freaking compassion. Coffee is great quality every time I have come and staff has been super helpful and polite both in the drive thru and in the store.

My favorite Starbucks in Oklahoma! I absolutely love the staff here they are my favorite! I literally travel so much for work and they are my favorite stop in the morning.
