I brought my parents here after buying my own furniture. Excellent customer service by Mr. Alvin Blue and he gave us the best prices around. I would recommend them to anyone. Great quality furniture at terrific prices. The delivery guys were also great and very cautious with moving in all the big items and careful not to scratch up my mother’s home. 5 stars aren’t enough. Thanks guys

Great Service from the men who delivered my furniture. They were Early which was awesome because i did express to the store that i need them to be on time on the delivery day. So the fact that they came early was awesome. They didn't waste any time unloading and assembling the products that where delivered to me.They immediately expressed the same since of urgency that i had soon as they arrive They where very knowledgeable about what they where doing. And they got the job done in a timely fashion. Cedric and Phil exceeded my expectations when it came to the service i experienced today. Furniture R Us you have two Great guys working for you.

Went into the store today to “look around” and spoke with Charles who was so nice and knowledgeable about bed mattresses. I ended up buying an adjustable bed which will be delivered tomorrow. These folks are so easy to work with and knowledgeable about what they sell.

Amazing service, very efficient and great prices. They’re able to fulfill you needs because they have a huge collection of items that you pick from but also able to locate items based on your preference so you don’t have to go through the hassle of searching thousands of items online. Highly recommended!

Cari is the best customer service rep. I've ever seen or met. My husband and I furnished our whole home with her help or else I would have never been able to get all that I got nor match it up as well as she does...
