Red Roof Inn & Suites Fayetteville - Fort Bragg

So this location was by far the nicest Red Roof Inn I have stayed at yet. The people were really nice and the location was ok, a little bit of a business district but I had no problem with that. My only concern was another guest who chained smoked in a non smoking hotel, played music at high volume at 2:00 a.m. and I think repeatedly argued with someone or maybe that was hotel management trying to get the people to stop smoking and turn down the music. Whoever they were , I hope they were banned from the chain. I know the manager did apologize for the inconvenience to me and offered to change my room, but I was on my way to my next destination. So I say, to all the rude people out there, you are out in the world with other people, act accordingly.

Great stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, definitely recommend and will come back for sure. They guy at the front desk was super friendly and had a nice watch ;D (inside joke with the owner) 10/10

I couldn’t be happier with the staff here at the red roof in they where quick to handle in thing we needed & very knowledgeable about the area the staff was very polite and checking in was a breeze close to great food spots and base all in all we’ll be stopping by again

Staff was very helpful, fulfilled all accommodations needed for handicap, even went as far as unloading our vehicle too The luggage cart, housekeeping was A+++++++ as well

It was a very comfortable room at a great price. Was near my work and I was very tired . Got a good night's sleep.

The front desk clerk Brittany is always caring and going to extreme measures for every costumer making every need accommodated for. And Ms candy same goes for you house keepers now they do they do they job to also the owners are amazing people thank you to all of the staff and the owners at red roof for being so good to me and making sure I have a clean room and sheets and towels staff is amazing couldn’t be any better

The Best Hotel in Fart Bragg buy Far the staff is polite and respectful and the rooms are incredibly clean the towels are fresh and new and white and clean and everyone is friendly this is the best Bang for your bucks there aren't any extra people around asking for donations and I havent seen any harry Christopher's or etc... It's like Kid Rock could stay here and not get asked for a cigarette or an autograph,I strongly recommend this particular hotel @3136 Bordeaux Park Drive in Fart Bragg North Carolina

Nice hotel with great staff we felt really welcomed , room & linen were clean. Great location.

I really enjoyed my staying nice and peaceful big king size beds enough pillows

Clean rooms with decent furniture and comfortable all white linens. The wifi worked we slept well in the beds and there were none of the smells often associated with lower cost hotels.

Ultimately the room was perfect for our needs and nothing wrong that a little touch up paint here and there couldn't fix.

On top of everything else the staff was polite, friendly and very accommodating to a level that I only expect from more expensive hotels

I have had some rough experiences with redroof on the past and took a chance on this one and was more than pleasantly surprised.

I had business in Fayetteville NC and needed a place to stay overnight. My wife researched the area and booked a room for me at this location at a very good price. I was very pleased with this facility. The room was clean and the shower was large with good pressure. Rather than carpet there was laminate flooring. I really liked that. The breakfast was a cold continental breakfast (bagels, muffins etc) and was reasonably good. Don’t forget your phone charger, though, as there are no charging ports. That would be a great improvement to really make the room perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful when looking for local cuisine too. (I reviewed them separately)

Amazing service, kind staff, super clean. Overall it was a good stay

I did have some confusion about my charges but when I spoke with Suni we figured out that it was my use of the ATM machine and the charges from that service. They require a deposit that is returned when you check out, which makes sense when bringing in your animals to stay.
We had 5 animals on a move across the country and everyone got a good nights sleep for the second leg of the trip. I used Door dash and had our dinner delivered from Ruby Tuesdays nearby. Very nice delivery service and came right on time as they promised. Check out was very easy. We cleared out the room and while we were loading the car and moving truck they checked out the condition of the room and returned my deposit. Thank you for making an exhausting trip a bit easier. Thank you Suni for helping me to look into the charges on my card that made sense as we began to talk about it. With other people and their pets it was a very peaceful night. I would recommend anyone get off the road and get some rest here and have a fresh start the next day. :)

We stayed over their for the weekend of January 14th-16th. Unbelievable customer service from Lauren I believe that's her name. She's always on the night shift. She helped us out with our reservation with booking.com that didn't want to help us, but give us a refund that would take 10 days to get back our money. Lauren went far and above by calling booking.com and resolving the issue for us!! The Hotel was great! the room was spacious and clean. Front Desk people were nice and courteous. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay at. Wouldn't mind to stay there again!!

Arrived late at night. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. After long drive I continued to vending machine and he informed me breakfast was in less than a hour if I wanted to eat more than snacks. Even got a adjoining room with my family. Room was clean and very spacious. My service dog was welcomed (Other pets are allowed). Will definitely be back next time I am in area

Affordable, very clean, and modern. Pet friendly without a fee! Continental breakfast was normal selection but all was tasty and the staff was very friendly. We were occasionally able to hear others through walls/outside, but not too terribly. The other comforts more than made up for it.

Stayed here for one night with my family. The room was lovely. Very well decorated and clean. The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. She made us feel right at home. The continental breakfast was well stocked. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Samantha was fantastic. She was very helpful with the check in process and accommodating with my cat Ollie. We both thank her for turning out rough day into a great night.

Great place to stay. My room was very nice and comfortable. All of the employees as well as the owners are super friendly. They made my family and I feel right at home. Especially Katherine who is one of the front desk receptionists. She is so pleasant and courteous.
