Publix Super Market at Tallywood Shopping Center

I have to say one of my best experiences in NC. The customer service was some of the best I've ever come across. Deli food fresh and very good in taste. I'm from Virginia Beach and hadn't had a very good experience in the area, but this will be my go to store for my remaining time here . Cashiers are very educated on store products and very friendly.
I will be moving back to Virginia in a few months I would love to see them come to the area. Unfortunately we have none there and are missing out. I actually had a manager jump in and fullfil my deli order because the employee was preparing a large order, how often does that happen? Thank you!

Being a native Californian & being raised on the west coast & then moving to the east coast can be challenging when you’re unfamiliar with grocery stores in your new state. The closest store comparison to Publix would be Von’s on the west coast. I absolutely love this grocery store! It’s a bit more expensive than others but they have some really good items you can only get here. Their bakery is amazing. Their Cinnamon Roll bread & Breakfast bread are to die for. I love this location as the staff is really friendly & the store is immaculate. It’s so clean 😯. Hands down this is my favorite store in my city.

If you cannot locate what you're looking for in your local grocery store you should be able to find it or something comparable if not better here! For fresh fruits veggies & more check out this alternative go-to before going to other stores. This store has the goods and great customer on hand to assist you. Be sure to stop by the hot bar for a fresh delightful meal or the deli where you get your favorite subs, salads, & wraps, made to perfection with select meats and non-meat options available and for that sweet tooth explore the bakery section. I was on the other side of town and don't head to this grocery store often. However, it is my go-to bakery for birthdays and other events. Their signature cakes are to die for! They also have a fantastic selection of ice cream cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins, and fresh baked bread.

Amazing service!, I want to give props to the young lady called serenity in the baking area, she was really sweet and a raise to the max is what I would recommend for Publix to give her! Something about her kindness was different and I hadn't ever experienced it so it was very enjoyable!

I stopped in here on a road trip knowing it would be one of my last publix subs before returning to the North. There were two ladies making subs in the deli that were hilarious. They were super kind to my family while they made up our subs, even making faces at my 6mo son. It made me sad to know I was returning to the land of no Publix in Upstate NY. Chicken Tender and Vegan Turkey were delicious.

Publix has the best customer service and quality food in this area. I always get my daughter’s cake made from them. 10/10

Without telling the whole story, I would just like to say that Taffy, the Bakery Manager, went above and beyond for me today! Outstanding customer service! This is what separates Publix from all the rest. Thanks again Taffy, you definitely made my shopping experience a pleasure!

I stopped in early this morning to get some fresh sandwiches to take to an outdoor picnic lunch. The man at the deli was so nice and put the toppings on the side so the sandwich would be fresh and nice for lunch. The sandwiches were delicious.

One of the best grocery stores you can shop at. Products and quality of service is something entirely different from other chains. Customer service is something that defines this brand. Store is very clean and shopping here is never a chore. May be a little more compared to other competitors however worth the little extra.

The best shopping experience the best around woe and wow by far the best market I've experienced since I've moved here in Fayetteville, my favorite store 😍 it.

We love the $5 sushi Wednesdays and so many other features of Publix. Store is clean and always well-stocked. Staff is very friendly and professional. Great place to shop!

Staff at this store always very kind and courteous. I came in 10 minutes before they were about to close in a rush to get pigs feet to cook for an event. They only had one pack and I needed to, and the butcher was kind enough to go to the back and package two more packs for me. She was very kind and did not mind doing it. I rushed out of there. Happy that I didn’t make them wait to go home and happy that I got what I needed with a smile. Thank you.

Pastries are always tasty and employees are kind and helpful. The flowers are the quality of that from a florist with lower costs (presumably). Would recommend 👍

Very clean and organized. Got hungry, so I ordered a handmade deli sandwich. The checker was very nice and funny. If I lived in the area, this is where I would shop.

This is a great, new location for a long supported chain of grocery stores. The layout is new compared to some of their older stores, but works well with the new style of service, shopping and specialty items arranged to meet these new experiences. The produce is fresh and plenty to include multiple options for the same product. This location is well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable folks who are engaged in their jobs and sincerely want to serve their customers. Enjoy the experience while finding the items you need.

Management was awesome, deli could use some better organizing, it seems to always be out of chicken lol, cleanliness was good as is most Publixs.

Ashley in the pharmacy helped me by checking for interactions with over the counter allergy medicine and the prescribed medication I take. She is very helpful and kind.

Deli could use some improvement but overall a great place to shop for clean food.
