Adam Ray is an exceptional representative at Cindy Blaylock State Farm in Louisiana Missouri. Each time I call and speak to Adam he is professional and very efficient at helping me with whatever my call may pertain to. He is an exceptional individual and always cheerful and friendly. Adam is quick to find the answers to my questions, and if he doesn’t have the information right at hand, he gets back to me as soon as possible. He is a definite asset to our local state farm office, and we are lucky to have him there.

My agent is Adam and he is such a kind and compassionate person. He always reaches out when things are changing or when he is needing something from me. He is easy to talk to and makes sure I am aware of what my policies include and when things to be updated. I feel like I have a very reliable and caring agent.

I like to go in person to pay my insurance and Adam Ray is always prompt and courtious when waiting on me. One on occasion I had the wrong paperwork at the license office. I called him to ask what I needed and he mad copies and ran them over to me personally. That is what customer service is about.

Mike Walton is one of the best insurance agents that I have ever had. He is always there to help and assist. He never makes you feel like you are bothering him. If he doesn't have the information when you call he will always get the information and call you back within the time frame he advised. I am very happy I called to get a quote for my cabin. I was so impressed I switched all my policies. Auto, home and bike. Thank you Mike for all your assistance.
