Belk

I live in a rural are; that said, I love Belk because they provide a wonderful department store experience; merchandise variety, high quality at reasonable prices. Tip: I have a Belk Elite CC card so… I get major discounts with superb service!

Always a good experience. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Wish they had more petite clothes but in general, they have a very good inventory of clothes, shoes, home, decor, linens, etc. returns are easy too (within 30 days).

We had great service from a knowledgeable sales associate in home goods. Wish I knew her name. She asked if I needed help and was searching all over for the stock of a display item. She informed they were waiting for more but could get the box from back for display or order online. Which ended up doing both! She gets a gold star for getting the extra sale because she went above and beyond!!

Belk is the only modern department store in Waynesville. It is surprisingly well-stocked for this little town, with lots of discounts and good quality merchandise. The staff is helpful and courteous. Needless to say, I "voted with my pocketbook," spent way too much money, and opened up a line of credit during my first visit! LOL!

Came in yesterday to pick out my wife's birthday present and Morgan was the most helpful person! Still wouldn't know what to get my wife if she didn't help me. Thank you Morgan for all your advice and ideas.

I visited the Belk in Waynesville NC. The service in the men's department was fantastic. She spent a good deal of time helping me pick out clothes. Start in the Perfumes department also went out of her way to help me pick a gift for my wife. The prices are excellent, especially their sales, and everyone treats you like you are their best customer. This was my first time shopping at this location. The store was very clean and organized. Racks of clothing were all pretty full with good choices. There was an employee in each department ready to help. I actually spent more than I expected due to all the staff working and helping me.

Morgan was very knowledgeable of the products and very helpful in helping me find my items and giving her Recommendations ! Will definitely be coming back!

They have very nice merch. And they are having great Bryson now.

We went on Sunday after Church they was still busy from Black Friday. Get the app so you can get extra savings.

My son bought me a new watch and it didn't quite fit. I took it back to the store to see if they could size it for me. They did! And the staff was so friendly and helpful. Pay them a visit.

They have just about anything you need for a house. Also one time a year they have a wonderful sale on their boots and shoes. They are really chesp.

Was looking for a particular comforter which I could not find. A nice employee by the name of Wendy came along & immediately showed me where to find my article. She was so nice & helpful it make our visit more fun than I expected. She is a very good person to have represent your store.

Good products and friendly staff if you can find them. Severe lack of help just like everyone else. They seem to make the best of it though and have great attitudes!
