Not very happy with the shirt. It didn’t say that the shirt is running larger than the size indicates. I guess it is not your fault but manufacturer should do a better job listing the info. Appreciate you exchanging it for a smaller size.

Terrible customer service! Won't reply to messages on their website, direct emails to info @ night galaxy, nor will they answer the phone. Looks great on the surface.

I agree with some of the other reviews that the shipping took longer than I expected. The product, an AR foregrip, was the lowest price I found online even with the shipping cost. I'd order from them again, but know that the shipping may take a while.

As others mentioned, they're not real chatty about the status of your order but it arrived in decent time and everything was as it should have been so I was happy.

Ordered a duck call from them a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Asked to cancel my order and no response. Not a reliable source to buy sporting goods from. Will never order from them again.

I bought a hat from them on Nov 11, 2023 and it still hasn't arrived and it's already Dec 1. I called them many times but nobody answers the phone and even the email. I don't know if this company is legit or not

14 days shipping for 250 miles. I could of walked it in that amount of time. 4 full days to create a shipping label then another 4 or 5 days to get it to the post office.....that's just plain lazy.

Purchased a pack of three knives online. Took 12 days to ship from 3 states away. Only received 1 item. Customer service claimed they only got an order for one item yet it was an order for 1 quantity of a pack of three. The refusal to send the rest that I paid for is the reason for the one star. I understand people make mistakes though to outright lie to make a few dollars makes me never want to order again from here.

Buyer beware. Promises quick delivery, very quickly requests shipping label from USPS, emails you with a tracking number and charges your credit card. Only problem is that the company never brings the product to USPS to ship. I kept checking the tracking on the package but it never got updated because NightGalaxy never tried to ship it. Check out other reviews - this appears to be a common practice for them. This company is either a fraud or a reseller. They don't respond to any of their 3 phone numbers or emails. EBAY did help.

Pretty sure this is a fake business based in China... Has anyone actually been in the store before? All of the negative reviews are the same as mine...Purchased items and they never shipped. All of the positive reviews are in very poorly put together English. I ordered from their eBay store and after over a week the items still have not shipped and I've gotten no where with a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "STORE"!

I placed an order or a Safariland holster with night galaxy through their their eBay store and it turns out they don’t have it in in their inventory and they placed an an eBay auction for something they don’t have on hand to ship. Not only is that misleading but now I’m asking for an order cancellation and zero reply. Horrible people to business with and customer service is non existent. Buyer beware.

Garbage company with no customer service . Cant get anyone on phone or get them to email you . Order item over a week ago still no info on when it will be shipped . Disputing it now.
