When I entered the store I was greeted by a salesman named Austin. He was knowledgeable in the products and very patient while I looked around to select my furniture. When I finally made my selection of furniture, Austin was awesome with explaining everything to me and made my check out experience go quick and smooth.

Went shopping for a sectional this weekend with my wife. Of all the places we went Outten was by far the best. No one was up my butt the whole time. I had space and when I did talk to to someone they were extremely helpful and kind. We ended up coming back after done shopping to buy from them. 10/10

I wasn't planning on making any decisions today. However, the atmosphere was great and Stephen made it very easy to want to spend money there. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him if you ever come here.

Nice store with friendly staff. I recently relocated to Salisbury and was very impressed with how patient Keith was with me (many changes). Also he ensured I would not be sleeping on the floor so he arranged to have my delivery the next day which was appreciated. If you need furniture this is a good place to shop!!!

I was a customer of Outten Brothers in Dover. I was heartbroken when they left the area. I had more than one account for furniture with them. The furniture was great. The customer service was awesome. I actually plan to travel a distance to see if they have a new bedroom set I like. I had the insurance that was offered and was glad I did. David was very attentive. Went for one thing and managed to find my TV stand with fireplace also! If you are in need of furniture they are the best.
