If you're in town visiting make this your lunch/dinner stop. Sit, unbutton, and be ready to become part of the family. Amazing portions with amazing flavor in everything our group ordered. I mean, they cook with love here and you can taste it in every bite. Thank you to our hosts for making this such a memorable experience and keep up the amazing work!

First off, the food was DELISH!! We got a deep dish Bianca and a Mediterranean thin crust. Both were SO GOOD!! We gobbled up everything and will definitely go back for more!! I will say that the deep dish pizza was small. There are 4 rectangular pieces per pizza that are just enough for 2 adults who aren't starving. That being said, it was some of the best pizza I've eaten on the Shore! Highly recommend!

I'm staying at The Hyatt Resort, and I always check out best food in the area. Ava's did not disappoint. I had a chicken ceasar salad that was the best I ever had. My husband had a Mediterranean pie. We took food home also. The meatball sub was everything. Our server was a sweet girl named Cassidy. She is a Marsha Brady lookalike. She'll have to look that up. Lol. A really nice intimate atmosphere.

I am not one to post many reviews but I was so impressed with the quality and taste of the pizza, I had to leave a review. I ordered the pepperoni and mushroom pizza and was blown away with this culinary delight! It was an amazing experience and I intend to visit Ava's every time I am in the area. Kudos to hostess Selena and Chef Will! :-)

Love the design of this restaurant and the pizza is great too. I love their crunchy crust that's soft on the inside. It was a bit salty but not a problem. The spaghetti at the next table looked really good. A good selection of wines. Attentive service.

Dinner was my first experience here. My son ordered buttered noodles and they lightly doctored them up and it was amazing. The pizza put all the Philly pizza to shame. It was amazing to say the least. The onion tart was unbelievable. The meatball app was so good the kids asked for another. I highly recommend this adorable little pizza pasta place which also serves wine and drinks.

Phenomenal bolognese pizza & perfect sweet white wine. Amazing service! Kind servers. Open windows with a great breeze & fun ambiance. Highly recommend.

Ava’s pizza is delicious. We enjoyed lunch here while exploring Dorchester County. The Detroit style pizza was our favorite — I am going to be dreaming about it for weeks. We can’t wait to go back!

The food was amazing and our server Luci was great! They were so attentive and sweet! Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for them as your server.

Really enjoyed our lunch at Ava’s. The chefs favorite pizza was quite good, as was the homemade Parmesan potato chips. The beignets were huge and delicious. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere and nice staff. Plenty of good wine selections and a full bar with a nice cocktail list.

We were awarded the opportunity to have Nick at the bar assist us with our dining experience. The brick oven pizza is on point, and they have Naty Boy in tap. Thanks Nick for a stellar evening.

Ava’s ended up being a great place to host a luncheon for my son and his soon to be bride in their semi private dining area. William was easy to communicate with via email and answered all of my many questions. We were able to set up and decorate the space when they opened and had the room to ourselves for as long as we wanted. The food and service were great and the “family style” portions for the prefix group menu was more than generous. Ava’s was just the right place for a casual yet special gathering of family and friends.

Exceptional pizza!! We got the caprese brick oven pizza and the pepperoni Detroit style. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and the freshest ingredients! The tomatoes are literally bursting with flavor. The dough on the caprese was so good - crispy and doughy at the same time. The Detroit was light and fluffy and packed with flavor and those burnt cheese edges… oh my. We agreed if we lived near here this would be our go to pizza place.

We had a great date night here! Food was excellent and service even better! Fun, friendly atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Thanks Rebecca who is a fantastic hostess!!!

Cute little pizza shop. I had the Detroit style pizza ( I'm from there), it was delicious!!! Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

The perfect Covid-safe excursion. Don't miss the raw oysters, the edamame, the fennel arugula salad and the fra diavolo. Ask for the beignets (not on the menu).

The food was excellent our waitress was knowledgeable patient and honest. We also ordered the meatballs which are homemade and delicious and the shrimp fria diablo was delicious. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
