The Customer Service from the time of the phone call to having service done on my plumbing was outstanding. John is very knowledgeable in his trade, he had absolutely no problem explaining what he was doing so that I could understand. Highly Recommend!

4 times for the same issue and he is not willing to "dig" into the root of the problem. His secretarial wife is very rude and must have forgotten that word of mouth is the best advertisement and is free. Their loss, not mine. John's secretary prohibited him from coming to my residence to fix the problem that "he" was called to do in the first place. John will not be referred to my family and friends for sure. His secretary is rude and less than honest and they are not in business to gain new customers.

Terrible customer service. Hung up the phone when asked how far his schedule was out before he could look at the problem.
