Massey Hill Grill

The place looked cleaned. The staff was great! Katey was our server and she did phenomenal. She had a crowd when we got there with our party of 5. She was the only server but she killed it! She's the best! Mrs Q was killing it in the kitchen as well. They have a great team here! I had the pile up breakfast bowl and it was DELICIOUS! I'll be back!

The workers were very nice. The food was hot, fresh, and seasoned well. Super clean and inviting atmosphere.

Mom n Pop with a sister shop in parkton NC. Both places are well staffed with the most pleasant southern girls. Food is off the chain good. Generous portions, affordable prices. Priced well below all their competitors. Check em out, try em out, you will not be dissatisfied. I recommend to all.

Always a great experience. Blast from the past. Memories of my grandma treating me to lunch there as a small child. My mother and I eat there a lot when she comes back home for a visit from Arkansas. It's the only grill/restaurant we go straight to when she arrives. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Best Carolina burger around town.

What a cute little diner! This place reminds me a bit of a higher quality Waffle House in terms of interior layout. It's always comforting to see the food being prepared. The staff is incredibly kind. I came in just to kill a bit of time & grabbed just a slice of cake & a coffee. The german chocolate cake was phenomenal and the staff made sure to check in on me. I'll have to stop by again for a full lunch next time! The other customers present seemed to have some really delicious omlettes and burgers!

Wow, they updated their menu and this js truly one of the last places to get a decent meal for a great price. I ordered a country-fried steak & not only was it visibly prepared in front of me, but it finished fast and cooked properly. Tip big here if you can, the staff does amazing job running the place. Again, big shoutout for whomever does the sweets for Massey Hill Grille. During my last visit, I was told it was a different brand & that brownie cheesecake was PERFECT!

We discovered Massey Hill Grill when I switched pharmacies. (I will review the new pharmacy separately.)
The grill offers breakfast and lunch from 6:00 am until 2:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Their menu is not large, but the food is generous and cooked-to-order. That means your eggs are just the way you love and hamburgers are cooked exactly the way you ordered. (Not fast food by any measure.)
The waitresses are friendly but not intrusive. The servers have access to each diner, an arrangment I haven't seen since the 1960's in small communities.
I delayed my review until after my second visit so I could experience both breakfast and lunch. I really enjoyed my meals at the Massey Hill Grill. My husband and I will enjoy many meals in the future in the friendly, neighborhood atmosphere. We noticed that many of customers seem to be regulars, known by name by the waitresses.
Massey Hill High School is next door to the Drug Store and Grill.

Amazing food ,great service

This place has amazing food and it's very nostalgic for my Mama. She has been going there for around 60+ years. It's where she and her friends met all the time when they were in school and still meet there every third Friday.

Food is delicious!! Fast service! Staff are wonderful and very attentive. Great place for breakfast and lunch with reasonable prices.

Loved my visit this morning. Lisa should be proud of the crew in her absence. Little Bit handled that grill, Hollie gave Mr. J and I a taste of her singing skills,lol, and Brenda was just Brenda, "nough said". Luv u guys. Nephew.

Love the food... Their Cheese Burger or Hot dogs all the way is the Old Southern Way with chilli and Homemade slaw is the best around!!!! With a Southern Greet with a Smile Everytime!!! Sure to be a Pick me up everytime :)!!!

This is where you can get some good food, good service, and good prices. This was our hangout after school in the 80's. I know it has been there as long as I can remember. You will not be disappointed.
