This is one of Cambridge's quiet treasures... A ministry that serves good family style meals... Nothing fancy... Just good home cooking type meals at a very reasonable price... Hats off to management and crew... Well Done!

Excellent food, I couldn't believe how cheap it was for the quality, service was also excellent.

Just happened to pass by lastnight and decided to stop by this morning . Met the owners who we're very friendly and downhome. This is a excellent place with good food great prices. Cafes like this is whats needed today.

I wonderful local place to eat, which supports a humane organization. I had one of the best Capri sandwiches I ever had. Generous, and with actual pine nuts in the pesto. The homemade vegetable soup was delicious. I had the sandwich, cup of soup (again, generous), and a glass of ice tea for about $8.50! Go there if you're in the Cambridge area, or even passing through on your way to the beach.

Stopped in from out of town before a meeting, held in an adjacent room. The cafe is cozy with lots of windows, definitely a local vibe. Greeted right away. I ordered a regular black coffee and was given option of light or dark. I drink my coffee black, and it was early, so I went dark. For a 16 oz., I paid $1.25 for a “smooth Mexican blend,” according to the server. I expressed that was a deal. The server then informed me that Overflow Cafe workers are all volunteers, which keeps the prices low. The coffee was indeed a high quality dark smooth roast, and I appreciated that the business is there to support the community. Enough said. Skip Starbucks and all other chains. Support this place.

Homemade food for ridiculously low prices.

A very nice spot in the winter sun to meet people I already seem to know! Great food, big welcome, respect, and kindness. True compassion and empathy also on the menu. I'll be going back and bringing friends with me!😁

A friend of mine stopped here for a sandwich when I was with him. I had driven by here a million times. I had their turkey sandwich and we sat to eat. What a lovely hidden gem, great spot. Will come again.

Just had the Cuban on ciabatta and it was great with a little cups of grapes. Very friendly people, they take their sweet time to make you a good sandwich tho. Very inexpensive!

I always love coming here, I've known the staff for years and they great people. This facility does more than deliver quality food and service, it ministers to those in the community providing a comfortable setting to relax and spend time with good friends...I highly recommend overflow cafe to all my friends in the greater PGH area to try this out next time you visit the OC MD.

Walking in, I definitely saw an eclectic space in front of me. Not something you would expect out of some cafes. However, after looking at their menu, easy to read and simple food, I was excited. Got teh Breakfast Panini with Egg, and Cheese. I called it a day. Went to go set up my computer and got to work. The WIFI clicked on immediately and worked great compared to other areas that offered in. Time went by and my food was brought out to me. The smell, incredible. I also happen to really love ciabatta. OMG I love ciabatta. After taking one bite, i fell in love. It was amazing. How do you take something so basic and make it like that will forever plague me.

The atmosphere was loud, did have a bit of an echo to it.

Open mike night, was awesome. While it was a little hard to navigate through all the chairs, I really enjoyed watching so many local artists work their magic on stage, I have to say, I will definitely be coming back for another round.

The bathroom is spotless, and always stocked. Staff clean up after you (HOWEVER there are bins on the trashcans). This restaurant is very very clean.

Fresh bananas and above friendly staff and owners. Very local oriented. I will be coming back to add more details.

With out a doubt, it definitely defines what a local coffee shop should and is. Building on the foundation of non profit with only volunteer workers ever pushing to make a difference every single day in their community, I cannot think of a single Reason this shouldn't be on everyone's bucket list.

But you can't just go for the coffee. The people, the events, the food, just everything. The owner makes it a purpose to meet every new guest, and gain a relationship from them. He definitely also knows his coffee. Only purchases conflict free coffee beans and grinds it up right in front of you.

If you don't go, you truly risk missing out on the experience you get from meeting Dudley and his beautiful and amazing soulful selfless family!!!

Great food and everyone there is really friendly

If you want a really good B.L.T... come to Overflow it is soooo.good and dont get no soup as its real good too.and you wont be able to eat them together unless you got stomach to eat it all...lol

I like the breakfast sandwich!
