I have had 2 different experience with Charles in produce where he went over and beyond to help me find what I was looking for!!! He is what every employee should try to be

For almost 4 years now I visit this store 5 days a week. I must say Sunday's are my favorite. The staff really treats me wonderful. And, I have to give a special shout out to employee Matthew. He not only will bag my 2 carts of groceries, but also escort me to my car and load my trunk for me. He is truly the sweetest gentleman on the planet!! Love this store and staff!!!

Good prices, friendly people, Rouses always has good stuff

Debit card wasn't working right, she patiently walked me back thru the process and it worked like a charm. Now that's customer service. Thank you to Ms SIERRA.

I can whole heartedly say "I LOVE OUR LITTLE NEIGHBORHOOD GROCERY STORE"....Better known as "ROUSES"... The workers I've come in contact with are ALWAYS NICE & FRIENDLY. The facility is kept up, outside and in. Makes my visit enjoyable and pleasant. 👍💯

So apparently I randomly was cruel to rouses and gave it a one star two years ago. I guess I just wasn't in the mood for rouses lol I am now changing my review cause I have nothing to complain about I have never had a bad experience at a rouses

Went to rouses in platteville today and was treated very well
The prices are great and so are the workers.

No long lines and the place was stocked. Prices are a little higher but if in a rush it is worth it.

Always have fresh foods and very clean store. Love my Rouses Market.
