I just Recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Sonata from Carmazone… prior to i had Never heard of this place until Tuesday morning i had An appointment scheduled for Charles Kearney!!! This guy really treated us with the utmost respect made sure everything was handled properly, we went on a test drive and at that time is when i decided that this was the car for me!!! I went with my son to buy his first car, Mr Miguel and the rest of the guys really made my sons day. It was a wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door being greeted by Mr. Miguel, to Mr. ken talking with the bank guy to get his payments comfortable for him, to Mr. Shannon aka Eddie Hall(lol) doing the paperwork, to the time he drove his car off the lot! It was our first time here. We were in a rough start because my husband had to have a car for work. Holly called me and was so nice and helpful. We came in for our appointment and Brandon was out salesman. He was awesome! He explained everything to us and was so patient. Patrick made everything work perfect with the financing. My experience was wonderful....I felt so relaxed dealing with Holly and Zack. They were very personable, very professional, and very knowledgeable..I was able to pick out a car, and Zack knew every detail about that car! Brandon was great to work with. This was my daughter's first car and he let her have all the time she needed to check out her car, ask questions, and feel comfortable. He was great with details and taking care of us. Made sure we had a full tank of gas and she was excited when he gave her the keys. Brandon was phenomenal!!

As I was helping my daughter search for a new car I came across CARmazone online. From the time I reached out to inquire about the car Holly was helpful with any questions I had before my scheduled appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Miguel who helped me through the process and was able to provide me with as much information about the vehicle as possible. Excellent customer service! Jimmy was very helpful and Kimber also. Overall a great experience. We purchased the 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Absolutely love it!
UPDATE: My check engine light came on so I took it back and they said it was an emissions leak...turns out it was the gas cap. Since I live 2 hours away they gave me a loner car to take back home. It is a 2017 Ford Escape and I loved it so much I didn't want to give it back....so, we bought this one also.
I highly recommend CARmazone...and of course Jimmy.
