Over the years I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of tools from this site and have never been disappointed. Everything I ordered showed up on time or early and in perfect condition. I have only spoken with customer service on a couple of occasions and when I did their response was stellar. I recommend this site to all my friends looking to purchase tools and would to anyone else as well.

Most of the reviews must be bogus.
I haven't received my shipment a week after it was supposed to be to me.
It's lost in shipping and CPO doesn't answer they phone and when I tried to email them, the email gets returned with "bad email address"

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT UNDO HEADACHES!!!!!!

I ordered on black Friday a Dewalt tool kit which said it came with a free tool. The price was a little higher than I could have gotten it for locally but with the free tool it made it a good deal. I never got the free tool. I sent them an email explaining the issue and they never replied. I would not have purchased these tools if I would have known that I wouldn't get the free tool. I will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future.

Poor Service, they sent me the wrong item. After the wrong item was returned they still did not ship the right item out and I had to call to find out where it was, it still wasn't shipped. I cancelled the order and bought it at another store. They are not accommodating and they are not sorry about there screw ups. Place your order at another company.

Tool arrived broken. Amazon and CPO screwed the return up. 2 hours to resolve, Amazon will pay. Abbey was nice at CPO. BEWARE.
