It looks like only the few people with bad experiences have left reviews so here's a good honest review from a long time customer.

I have purchase quite a few tools / products from these people over the past +5 years.

I personally have never had any issues with any of the products they have sold me. Even the Recon stuff we have purchased comes looking as if it were brand new.

Shipping is very fast as I usually receive the items in 24-48 hours for ordering.

CPO has saved Hundreds of Dollars on tool purchases over the years and here is one example. Purchased a Reconditioned Dewalt DCB1800B on a flash sale last week. Saved over 60% from retail! The unit came the next day, looks brand new and works great!

I have purchased dozens of tools from CPO and have never had a problem with my purchases and certainly not what others have experienced. I started buying from CPO when it was off 85 and Beaver Ruin and almost exclusively buy from the website and put it on will call. I can agree that the people at the warehouse are not the friendliest but they have never been rude to me either, they have my parts and im out the door quickly. They sell refurbished tools but it clearly states that its refurbished. I buy new and register the item the same day and now my warranty via manufacturer is covered. The prices are super competitive and most items are same day pickup. My advice is get the part number from the manufacturer then go to cpo.

Horrible experience as a first time customer. Apparently their website is from 2009, Tried 3 times to pay with PayPal, eventually to pay with credit card, then 2 days later get an email that my order has been canceled, with no reason.

So I have to take time. Call in and figure out the billing shipping addresses were wrong. I know my addresses, I assure you, and having to check out 4 times, I know they were correct. Now my tools are 2 days late. No Call from them, nothing. When I asked how they were going to remedy the situation, the lady on the phone was delighted to tell me, they could reinstate my order. What a joke. I will never attempt to shop here again.

I was shopping for a last minute gift on their site. A heated jacket showed up with a guaranteed deleivery date of before or on Christmas so I ordered the jacket with next day air delivery. Long story short, they didn't even ship the item until after Christmas. I wouldn't have bought from them except for the guarantee. Now that they didn't deliver I can't get a hold of anyone to get my shipping cost back since they guaranteed it. Don't deal with these guys if you can avoid it.

Fraudulent business practices ! After returning an item which was still under warranty we were advised that our return was currently being processed. Well this went on for several months, with a different excuse every time we called. They will deliberately string you along until your right of changeback have expired with your credit card company. And now your left with nothing other then a terrible distain for their company.

Before ordering a refurbished Dremel MM-40 kit I called customer service to make sure it included a case and the answer was yes, I gave the correct part number. I ordered the kit and it came without a case. I emailed customer service to ask for the missing case and they told me to contact Dremel. Not taking this for a proper answer I called CPO customer service and they then informed me it doesn't come with a case. Asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was put on a non ending hold. I did contact Dremel and they did sell me a case and dropped the shipping charge. Dremel customer service was nice and helpful, CPO was boarder line rude and not empowered. Will I purchase from CPO again....NO NO NO

Orbital sander received broken. Shipped it back via Amazon. They never got it, blame Amazon. Amazon says they got it, have a tracking number, received by LL. CPO says Amazon sent me the wrong return authorization. Just spent an hour answering 5 emails, they refuse to give me my $89. Just spent half an hour on the phone with them. Abbey admits it's nothing to do with me. Tried to get Amazon on the line and then hung up on me. BEWARE.

People on the phone a very nice and respectful. I thank you. But when I can prove that the product failed then they want to say it’s out of warranty, because I didn’t ship it on time.Shame on you. Should’ve just told me to go directly to the manufacture who gave me a three-year warranty. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from them. There’s a reason they have a two star review. Now I know why.

Reported to state attorney general's office for price gouging during a state of emergency, which according to the state of Georgia, is illegal. Participates in deceptive business activity. This company was also reported to IC3 for engaging in federal internet commerce crimes. Beware.

"CUSTOMER SERVICE" is an oxy moronic way to describe what they provide. I called 4 times, was put on endless hold and even hung up on. All I wanted was the corporate phone number.

Wouldn’t do a proper refund due to a website glitch they charged me to return an item
